Now Dom is single (I do think he and Sarah actually broke up a few months ago but didn't want to say for a while due to her being in the show), you can tell he's so much more open with Kat in interviews. It's as if he felt he couldn't get on with her in public before, in case it was taken the wrong way, but now he can be his true self and actually act as though he likes her. They're obviously pretty close in real life, even if it is just as friends.

"Is it more of a sister or crush relationship?" This question is referring to Dom, clearly. And it's surprising coming from the interviewer tbh. I guess she must have saw something in their interaction that made her ask that.
i think that part was edited to make it look like they answered that question.
I think they are saying that if you ask the cast then they will say its a crushing relationship, but if you ask either Kat or Dom one will say its a sibling one. I also personally think they say its a sibling relationship because they do not know if the other one likes them... sorry if this did not make sense.

Word on the street is that Dom & Sarah broke up months ago but kept it secret so that it wouldn't overshadow her appearance on the show. They both hadn't posted any photos of each other or together since April/May. I also noticed Dom being way more relaxed with Kat in that interactive video they did with Emeraude back in May I think it was, and it's the same in these interviews. So yeah I think they were definitely broke up here.

Yup you girls are correct! On an October 2017 IG post on Sarah's account, she confirmed via comment on how Dom was the one who broke up with her "over 5 months ago" so yup definitely hinting that their breakup happened around late April/early May 😃
