You mentioned you have so much freedom currently with your lifestyle as far as being able to go wherever. Have you ever considered moving for a month to another country? I think people get to experience so much more to life immersing themselves in other cultures and living outside the “norm” here in the states. I lived in Spain from the age of 22-23 and it was amazing. ❤

Hi Lauren- this is so random but Greenville, SC might be great for you! You get the seasons and walkability in some neighborhoods, lots to do and relatively low cost of living compared to similar cities.

I don’t know if this would help with the caffeine but I use to be the same (pre workout in the A.M. and an energy drink in the middle of the work day) and I’ll either do like a non stimulate pre workout in the morning and energy drink during the day or I’ll take a caffeinated preworkout and use like a notropic type drink mix and I’ll sip on that and has worked wonders for me!
