Every single one of his friend’s parents came from a different country. Mainly Ireland, Italy, Canada, and Greece. They played outside all day long. The journal is a treasure to have. I've noticed that people don't really worry about invisible dangers , but in my opinion those are the most detrimental to our well being.

He has ruined mine and my neighbors electronics and comes over every speaker that is not blocked. I finally got the FCC here to investigate, and they confiscated all of his equipment. I’ve owned the light alarm clock the same brand you recommended for 10 years and it’s wonderful! It’s a gentle way to wake up in the morning and I use the “sundown” effect to fall asleep every night. It’s worth every penny and if it stops working, I would repurchase it.

I use my EMF detector on everything as well! If you actually have your Apple Watch on airplane mode, Bluetooth off and no Wi-Fi the EMF is exceptionally low. Also, just a note .. you can put your phone on airplane/Wi-Fi and again you will mitigate the EMF frequencies because it’s no longer trying to ping the nearest cell tower, but going directly from your Wi-Fi. It’s a total game changer!

EMF exposure- I have heard that shungite crystals are supposed to shield us from EMF waves. Idk if it's true but they're relatively inexpensive so I'm willing to take my chances. I bought two small shungite pyramids & have placed one behind the head of my & my husband's bed, & one behind the head of my son's bed. We also make sure we charge our phones at least 6ft. from our beds- but if we occasionally fall asleep with our phones close by, I'm not as concerned about it.

Magnesium citrate is healthier than the oxide for those who need the bathroom help, not a research scientist though. I just read a lot of research articles. Something about oxide being a less quality type of magnesium. Just sharing and if anyone has a reason for the oxide over the other love to hear. Thanks
EMFs are real! I use the EMF blocking Bio-dots and stick them to my phone case and my iPad case. I also have one I wear on my person stuck to a button and a safety pin. I pin it inside my clothing so no one can see it, but it gives me protection too.

Magnesium oxide is not the best form of magnesium. Look for glycinate or citrate or theonate. Oxide can may increase inflammation, according to my naturopath.

I bought one of those Sunrise Alarms and didn’t like it. The light doesn’t get bright enough at all. I heard the birds but wasn’t able to get the feeling of a natural wake up from the sun rise, kind of thing.
I feel like you and I are so similar when it comes to health and radiation and all that stuff. You can get emf protectors for your devices to put on Apple Watches, laptops and other devices that give off radiation.
I wear my Apple Watch everyday. I’ve never heard of EMF’S. Now I’m worried. I have a lot of watches. It’s just hooked up to my phone. So when I leave the house, I can check if our Ring Doorbell goes off, and we have a camera on our shed that covers our driveway. So my watch alerts me, then I can check my phone. But it’s already on my phone. So I could just use it. I have plants all over my house. I have some in my bedroom. And my bathroom. They thrive in there because of the humidity. I keep my phone beside my bed my nightstand has a shelf under the top of it. It holds my phone, iPad, e reader and my glasses. I need a clock in my bedroom. That’s why I have my phone. I was taking Magnesium. But I read it lowers my cortisol. And mine is already low. That’s why I have to take steroids. And those are terrible for my body. I had acupuncture done. And the man studies Chinese medicine. He looked under my tongue every time I went. And he told me what was wrong. And I may go back to the acupuncture after I wean myself off the steroids. I know the man was in his 70’s, and he looked great. I think he’s a vegetarian. I never asked but he had been eating lunch when I got there. And I think the acupuncture helped me. I’ll do anything to get off the steroids. I told my husband I was thinking about going back and he said if I wanted to do it. He saw me one time with all the needles stuck in me. And the only one that ever hurt was the one for my pituitary gland. Which I had removed because I had a tumor that encompassed it. It quit working. That was an easy surgery. Because I had a great doctor. But your life is never the same after having it removed.

The problem with the Avocado mattress is that it has metal coils inside which if I understand correctly is suspected to cause cancer due to attracting/bounding off EMF radiation. This was discovered bc of cancers (like breast & melanoma) showing up on the side you sleep on most.I ended up ditching my Avocado. Also should use a bed frame with no metal.

The prices range from $25 to models like yours which retails for $200. I noticed you didn't include your EMF meter in the list of recommended EMF meters. Is there some reason you didn't put it on the list? Some people who purchased the $40 meter you recommended wrote reviews saying it's not as accurate as others they've compared it to.
Number 8- the pens you can erase.. NOTE- if the ink gets hot or stays in the sun it disappears. Idk what the deal is .. my guess is the friction from the eraser is what erases the pen marks. SO.. that said heat and sunlight " magically erases " what you write.

If you go down the EMF rabbit hole, you'll end up learning about dirty electricity and go down that rabbit. You'll want to make sure you unplug items that you're not even using. Better to do this in your bedroom at night to protect your sleeping space.

Might sound cheesy but I literally would love a cheap car to come our way. With my medical issues always miss appointments. Plus 4th daughter just turned 20 and started working she already started saving for a car I witch im so p9of ĥf so proud of her!! because most kids her ages just want to spend spend spend. Number 8- the pens you can erase.. NOTE- if the ink gets hot or stays in the sun it disappears. Idk what the deal is .. my guess is the friction from the eraser is what erases the pen marks. SO.. that said heat and sunlight " magically erases " what you write.

Might sound cheesy but I literally would love a cheap car to come our way. With my medical issues always miss appointments. Plus 4th daughter just turned 20 and started working she already started saving for a car I witch im so p9of ĥf so proud of her!! because most kids her ages just want to spend spend spend. My 17 year old is about to start working as well. And with a cheap car I hope my medical issues are determined and treatment. I can start to work again. But if that answer does not count then I'd love a calf/foot massager. To help blood circulation my blood and maybe help the swelling in my legs. Well, I hope everyone has a blessed and safe day. P.S.
