Dr. Pearse explanation was excellent.
gasoline boils at 140 degrees Fahrenheit you need to get copper coil 12v immersion heater and start vaporizing your stored gas vapor low pressure system
I love this explanation so well done.
I found it very thorough. Thanks a lot.

This important information needs to be spread out to everyone older than 10 years, in modern society/the western world.
Maybe we all would take more care of ourselves and eachother, if we knew how hard we damage our minds & bodies on a daily basis.
😇 ❤🙏☀️🍀

Dear headspace team who I love you and use your content for my personal and professional life.
Whaf was the point of AAAAAALL that 4 minutes of scientific explanation of "yes, stress is bad!"
Do WE need to know all the highly complex terminology used by medical field people to get to the point that "exercise and meditation helps release/control/deal with stress"?
Probably 70% of things I know is from the west and westerners, but sometimes I don't understand certain things. Like why do we have to shoot ourself in the foot?
Moreover, I would like to say to this lovely beautiful Dr who has TRUE superpower of healing people by opening a skull and fixing brains that we don't need meditation trainers. There are people like Alan Watts, Ajahn Brahm, or Aydadhanti with free content on youtube and elsewhere. :)
Love and respect for headspace ❤🙏 huge fan here
