I never get enough of these Oyster boats - my fav is the 495 Matt I liked the way you were talking in the salon as the boat was under way - gave that part a real practical feel for how the sea goes by.
A wonderful Boat… and the palatial saloon looks very comfortable, but I do wonder about how it is to be on passage in heavy weather… Great tour as usual Matt 👌🏻
A view from the UK. Having recently retired and entered the world of sailing with a view to winning the lottery....i went, as we all do, to You Tube for info and knowledge. boy what a minefield of fraudsters, wannabees, Narcissists, and the overly tattooed lady, frankly having no idea they are not authentic presenters. You sir and this channel are the ones i have settled on to give me honest, objective reviews. You will show the products shortcomings as well as its advantages. Do please try to get more factory tours and show the particular yachts build quality. Things like why the hull will not de-laminate. Why the keel won't part company half way across the Atlantic. How galvanic corrosion has been eliminated. The yachts engineering redundancy. Yep, do the pretty selling bits too. I am sure many other potential buyers would like this info too. And yes, the595 is my go to yacht should a lottery win appear.
I´m still unsure build quality of Oyster...looks fine but history suggests they cut corners in key areas. As he says familiar formula which is nice interiors but are you confident in thier offshore capabilities...not for me.
Beautiful interior, but you can look at most Sailboats, and their layouts are all so similar given a length range. There's only so much room, and it can't be wasted with different but wasteful interiors.

Beautiful, elegant decor. Nice break from the "Las Vegas Pimp" style you see on the yachts that Russian oligarchs and Arabs buy.
That is the boat I'm getting if I ever win the lottery!
wow....looks pretty and functional
Great yacht and great video.

It would be a nightmare. Dangerous. Obviously Oyster now are more concerned with the yachtie club set than their heritage.
As far as I can tell, Oysters built since Richard Hadida took over in 2018 are very reliable and stable.
@@thomaselliott573 this hasn't been our experience so far.
Just curious, the interior fabric, how do they keep the sun screen oily residue from damaging the fabric?
How much headroom are there in the master cabin? Looks quite low? like 1,5m???
It's fine... I'm 6'4" and have no issue with headroom.
Cost?

Never been aboard an Oyster have you? Build quality is beyond and above.

You can't cook a good stir-fry with electric - gas all the way.......
compared to its competition it is far overpriced...
Which yachts are competing with this one ? Swan ?
@@jeepld it is more a status symbol than anything...well, i guess as long as people buy it
@@-TruthHurts you didn't answer the question. what do you consider its competition? Amel 60? Hylas 60?
Its like buying a Bentley ig.
