      something like you could make first repitation of 50 then 40 then 30 , add the weight according to this requirement, it can vary person to person

      It's about how much you do consistently when losing weight. As well as eating. So a small workout non stop will work better for you with the same workout with breaks. If it's light and your body allows it and you aren't straining the focused muscle group.

    • @taesrose9028

      You can do things like lunges and use legs machines at the gym to burn fat as well. Just know that you need to do both upper and lower body with weight to lose weight. So upper body workouts would still help you to lose wight. But lower body workouts which focus more on your legs will make you lose more weight then upper workouts but you should do both.

    I started lifting at home for the first time in my life. I was 65kg, 6ft. Already underweight. But I lost 5kg during the last ~9 months. I didn't want to lose weight and really thought it would be going upwards and gaining muscle mass. I'm a lean guy... but my arms look bigger / shredded (comparing pictures), shoulders bigger, chest bigger than it's ever been... but my weight is dropped. I don't get it. Anyone know what's going on?

    • @aljoker7012

      Bro u need to eat more calories
      More meals and food per day so you can get more weight and become bigger.. that's called bulking
      When you lift with having enough calories u start to burn the calories u already have inside your body
      That's leading to lose weight And become leaner and more masculine

      @@aljoker7012 Thank you so much both of you! I'll start using cronometer and track my calories up to about 2300Kcal a day. So far I've only tracked my protein to 1.6g / kg body weight. I appreciate it.
      So I guess having a good deal of sugars from fruits / dates / fats or even white sugar is fine to help me maintain body weight by raising my overall caloric intake?

    • @bertlindsay
      @bertlindsay 2 роки тому +1

      Do the exercises and find what works for you without being in pain. Maybe very light weights or partial reps. Maybe get some help from a physio. Buy start. Lifting a 1 kg dumbbell is better than not lifting at all. And if a exercise is not for you your joints will tell you pretty quick. Get some help and advice to use good form and correct exercise and do it!

      Get a good warm up in first, the sauna is good too, lift light to medium weight, mitigate pain with prescription pain cream and build pain tolerance slowly. Good luck!
