Imma say this right now.I used to hate Jesse, but now I'm really happy that Rachel and him are married in the last episode of season 6. Frankly, the way they made the characters makes Rachel and Jesse better for each other than Finn and Rachel. It just makes sense. This is just my opinion.
Yes if Cory hadn't died she would have ended up with Finn. Most characters ended up with their original relationships, with Sam and Mercedes as the only exception probably. However I agree with Tia Irani: I feel that Jesse and Rachel are right for each other because, in terms of career, they would keep pushing each other. I always thought Finn was kind of an anchor to Rachel. Yes he supported her, but I don't feel he really pushed her to her limits that much.

But life is so cruel and the actor died (RIP guy) and now, in the season 6, we can think that he's not like the others season, he seems so nice, I'm almost happy that him and Rachel are together.
