Honestly these videos help so much as a beginner!! Ive been really unmotivated to learn to skate because i bought impalas without enough research and the toe stops are impossibly high for me to use so i always feel frustrated. I bought these exact Moxi skates a few months ago and i really like them. Didn’t take me long to break into honestly since I skate really often. First pair of quads for meeee. I get compliments all the time! I still prefer my inlines for long distances & speed! 💙💚💛❤️❤️

I LOVE my Rainbow Riders. I have the yellow ones as well, they did take some time to break in. They are amazing for long distance trail skating.

I just bought my pink Rainbows secondhand and tried them out the other day! The only things I could compare them to were my cheap Chicago skates I was gifted a long time ago that I put outdoor wheels on. I think it helped that they were already broken in a bit but I'm so happy I have a pair I'm actually comfortable & confident with to begin skating😊

I love these types of videos they help me out with what type of skates I should consider buying but I really want a pair but times are rough right now I just really want a pair so I can do something I would love to do and I wear a size 4 too and 5 1/2.

Yeah, quad skating in Brazil is an unfortunate hobby to have. I've seen a website selling the chaya rainbow skate for about the price they would be in the US, but idk if it is a scam

What didn’t you like about them ? I love your makeup ! So pretty !!
My main complains were the stiffness of the boot and the toe stop being a bit slippery but that can be worked with :)

omg i’m really considering these but i mainly skate in rinks so i’d have to change the wheels lol. but still seem way nicer than my old ones
i wouldn’t change the wheels tbh , unless you're used to going really fast at the rink. i feel like they'd work fine💙
I have these and the actually skate pretty good at the rink, the wheel size makes it easy to maneuver
Love my rainbow riders and they soften up to a point be keep there ankle support.

I have the yellow rrs too! I personally have changed the wheels to Radar 62's, the bearings to Bone Reds, and the toe stops(which is metric btw! You cant use imperial stops on these babies ;-;) to Replic metric toe stops. I found the original wheels too hard to get on my edges(something the radars helped with), the stock bearings were a bit janky imo, so the Reds helped in getting me to ride smoothly. I tried stopping with the og stops- they are definitely slippery!! They also kept falling out on me so I was worried about still using them as I relearn. Other than that these skates are great to pick up skating with!
I was thinking of throwing my Atom Pulse wheels on these. I also have the Bone Reds bearings.

I just bought these after your last video in the bowl with your code! I have bunions though, which made them tough to break in. Also, I think I need to take mine in to the shop because I loosened the trucks (probably wrong), but one skate keeps veering off to the left. The skates I owned in the past were Skechers skates, then Chicago (indoor skates) so I am not familiar with how skates are actually supposed to feel lol. I enjoyed the video though! @@KarentheKarrot You know, I don't think so. I used the tool and did like half a turn a few times, but may have lost track of how many turns on which skate when switching feet

Im debating getting these. The biggest issue for me is that they take metric threaded toe stops. I havent the first clue where to find any like this.

i try to put my mindset on only having a good time and feeling fast. i dont think about falling and it rarely happens. also i know a couple of ways to catch my self when i feel off balanced.

these are cute, but I'm glad you mentioned the sure grip because I wanted to ask you about them. I live in New York our streets are crazy. we have pot holes and gravel and tree stems everywhere. which wheels are better? should I get the plain outdoor skates or invest in the boardwalk ? or can you recommend a wheel. I've been a skater but I'm kinda beginning again because I don't have a comfortable go to skate.
the sure grip fame skate is a really good skate . the plate is not metal making it lighter for street skating. but id also suggest pulse wheels for street skating in uneven terrain.

What about the sizing?? What size do you normally wear and what size did you order in those skates? I'm seeing a lot of mixed reviews about sizing up or sizing down. I wear a size 6.5 and according to their chart on amazon, I would need to order a size 5 in the skate. How accurate is their sizing?

I want to see them in the park! I think they say not to take them because they’ll get scuffed up really quick but I bet if you change the wheels they’ll be good they look supportive!

No, the hardware on these is frankly too cheap to trust for aggressive park skating. This is an affordable skate for a reason, after all. Low quality aluminum plates can snap way easier than you'd think. And it's a myth that stiff=supportive-none of these beginner skates are countered to provide actual support in a sports equipment sense, the boots just feel stiff because they're made of nothing but plastic.
@@saralaspeaks um actually not true first of all the plates are not low quality and stiff means longer break in period but still support where you need it and they are not made of plastic they are drum dyed pvc

Anyone with wide feet try these? I'd get the Panthers because the Suede would be more forgiving on my wide feet but they've been unavailable for ages.
