Stay hydrated (electrolytes powder) and ask for help with Everything and you’ll be fine. Courage! I’m putting you in my Eternal Prayer basket. Also pray to St. Raphael he assist me with cooking, sleeping and mostly family and traveling and shopping. Use holy water and pray and talk to your good Guardian Angels and ask for good sleep and holy dreams.

Divine rest needs a special place to go too. And whenever you go there God is awaiting you with that peace to give to you as you enter in. Pray to find that special place. Cars are very helpful to this need I find.
