Yes!! I’ve heard so many doctors talk about this! Rapid weight lose can be very bad for your immune system so it’s really important to work out and maintain muscle mass while on the medication

You do need to get to 100,000! I can't believe you aren't. You have the personality for a huge following. You should have a Q & A, or a favorite lil shops and restaurants around town that you like. Omg omg oli!!! I started a glp1 seven months ago! Completely changed my life. I’m down 70lbs and I am gaining my health back. I was so close to being diabetic I am so glad I made this change! You need to eat at least 150 g of protein a day. It works wonders when you limit carbs to 25g and increase protein to 150g
