Well I love watching Pakistan Content.
But, comparing Bollywood and Pakistani industry is not done, Bollywood has a high budget because Bollywood earns higher through our films
Bollywood is one of the biggest cinema industry around the globe.
Bollywood has 100cr+ budget but they also kill it on the box office so I guess they deserve that budget :)
Ever heard of Malayalam films??? They have budget constraints but damn their content is so great. Those films travel globe not just India. One can never discover budget constraints in those films as the technicalities are so rich.
Forget Malayalam cinema, watch Assamese films like Village Rockstars and my favorite Aamis. These were made on shoestring budgets but one doesn't get the iota of it as the visual culture is so superior.
Good cinema doesn't require massive budgets but sheer passion.
Oscars don't see film's production value...
Oscars doesn't see the prerogative and conceit that a certain film presents but rather if it has grandeur of talent in it or maybe a well garnered film at the box office.
