None of those things worked for me for my 0000000000000000x18c UE4 CRASH. What did work was go to :
->AppData\Local\ManorLords\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
->Open Settings.ini
-> Change "ML.aaMode=fsr" into "ML.aaMode=" (delete fsr)
->run the game

Tuning the Whole Windows doesn't help at all ... When you have a message from the Unreal Engine, juste read it : If it's talking of "shipping", just stop the barter with your mules... And magically no more crash...
