Im applying to SVA and probably going to go next year. do all the dorms have a kitchen and bathroom or is it extra $$$?

23 street’s dorm have kitchen in there’s room and room, and 24 street’s dorm have common kitchen in basement (but they have a kitchen bar in the room but no stove) and i am not sure about other 2 dorms~ you don’t have to pay extra to use the kitchen (as what I know)
