I like the house wiring box on the snowblower
Well done Bob.
There called Nylock or Esna nuts
Just curious if the actuator is able to stop mid stroke or is it fully retracted or extended? Thank you. Looks great.
It stops where you want it to. As soon as you let go of the switch it stops.
Hi sir, this particular linear actuator doesn't looks like a 4 in it seems more like a 6 in. Are you sure it was a 4 inch ?
Did the winch work once the top of the blower got all icy and slippery and full of snow?
It certainly did!
Lock nut. It's a lock nut
Got mine for $35 and free shipping!
Good job , but I've looked on e-bay and it's more than 25 bucks for this kind of actuator, min 40$ without the shipping
Would installing it the other way around (upside down) help to keep moisture out of the actuator?
Absolutely!! That's how I have it now. Of course I didn't think this before and had to buy a new one because of the moisture that got into it. Sorry for the late response.
this type of linear actuator is pretty cheap, its price is around 20 dollars in China,
Bobby, what is the stroke length of the linear actuator you used, thanks
4 inch

Actually the video says $65 shipped.
The actuator was $75........not $25.
