The *real* trick to rolled cuffs is a line of very small stitching in the same colour as the fabric about 1/8 of an inch (2-3mm) from the edge of the fabric. keeps everything neat and crisp and it will *never* come unrolled!

Also, when you're folding the clothes, sometimes the tips and the backs of your nails will click against the table. SO. ENJOYABLE. I think it's cause you're not doing it intentionally?? If it was just you tapping on the table, I dont think it would have the same effect. The "unintentional" tap is...a gift from heaven. Your voice is a national treasure but if you ever wanted to do a folding video, with no talking...or even whispering...I think it would be life-changing. Sorry for the dramatics. I think it HAS to be this table though. It's that good.

My grandmother was a seamstress, and I inherited so many lovely vintage dresses. I sew too, but I have discovered that the fabrics we are able to get today are not nearly as good as the one she had back then. I'm so glad you found these pretty ones! Loved the video!😄🌸

I like many asmr youtubers but you are my go to if other asmr videos aren't working for sleep, it's just how your movement,your assetetic, your angelic voice
Gosh, a difference in these products compared to the same you'd find in NZ is the very clear warnings to keep out of reach of children; I think here that's so common sense and there are less law suits they don't need to detract away from the marketing on the packaging with the large warnings.
Also, a lot of out products advertise no animal testing and eco-friendly chemicals

This is so informative and lovely and I’m afraid to fall asleep because the topic is so fascinating!
Back when I used to own a consignment store with a friend of mine, we'd soak older pieces for hours at a time. Sometimes we'd get garments from the Edwardian era or the 20s/30s. Clothes that would appear somewhat clean on the surface would end up turning the water dark brown over time.
Wooow from the Edwardian era?? That's amazing. Yeah it can be really surprising sometimes what can be trapped in fabric even though it seems totally fine on the surface.

My grandmother taught us to make satchets out of old dryer sheets, room fresheners, (the ones that had the little pieces that looked like black sand if that helps) and thread. Nowadays she uses old dryer sheets and scent boosters. The first time I noticed that it wasn't just a thing everyone did was when I started college and my roommate asked me what I was doing and I explained. I had gone my entire life unconsciously thinking everyone's grandma had taught them something along the lines of this 'hack' but apparently not!
