- In this weeks video your see how my handy work transforms a rotten VW LT 35 into a camper.. well it’s the start anyway! I’ve pretty much done all the outside work including repainting, welding & replacing some components ready for this summer’s adventures! Colin.ive not watched all yet.but when you say. Turn it into a camper. Go for it. I've a Citroën belonging. On a 57 plate. I've turned that into a one bed camper. With hot and cold water.cooker. and microwave.ideak for me.when I do my sea fishing.on East yorkshire coast.
Great vid to watch Colin, takes me back some 50 years when I used to do all my own mechanics and welding, Oxy acetylene in those days no mig lol, can't do these things anymore but its a treat to watch you young uns keeping the art alive, thanks for posting.

I'd think twice about the wooden decking on the roof, I've recently stripped a decking roof rack of a badly converted Transit Mk7 I bought recently, it's made the drive so much nicer without all that weight on the top.

Should have used a dark grey primer as a base coat. Stone chips will show up white
