I like you, Dan. I really do sugar; however, this house is not good. For $1.2M, even for $800K+, vinyl flooring, faux wood beams, 3 upper cabinets in the kitchen? No cabinet handles? Shiplap in a $800K home is unacceptable sugar.
The master bedroom?? For this type of money, the bedroom should be no less than 20 X 20, fireplace, wet bar, a separate sitting area that is 10 X 10, and with access to the outside. How is it that the media room is bigger than the masterbedroom?
For $800K, I do not want a bench seat in my master or in the breakfast nook area when I am paging $5K+ a month in mortgage.
You are not talking bad about me just because you don't like the house LOL. The homes are selling fast in this community for a number of reasons, but the main reason is location. Which plays a part in most real estate purchases. With inflation and a number of other reasons, material, and labor cost play a big factor. I always value your opinion and thank you so much for watching
