The only reason ppl say that is because Sen had the highest expectations. Sen bundle is at the very least middling of all the capsules.
There are SO many worse banners and are paired with horrendous classics

Sentinels bundle is quite impressive tbh, because I LOVE sentinels red and black color, I love the logo, and the bundle still looks like complete ass to me. I don't think they could possibly make a bundle I would dislike, but they did it. It's completely fine if people like it, to one its own. I just can't seem to like it and I was so convinced the classic would be a banger, but it didnt (again, to me).

If it was the original player card with some changes, I probably would’ve bought the bundle but there’s no way I’m spending $25 for a basic ass banner. Riot missed out on the profits but I get why they didn’t let it go through.
