For filling
Coconut 2c
Sugar 4 tbsp
Salt 1 pinch
Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
For batter:
Flour 11/2 c
salt 1/4 tsp
milk 1/2 c
Eggs 2
Vanilla 1/4 tsp
Water. 1 c + as needed
