I actually improved my hair by doing these: Including more and more Vitamin C from orange, lemon, and kiwi fruit, 8 hours of adequate sleep daily, have nuts such as almonds, walnuts, or peanuts in limited, you can also have fishes like salmon. Exercise a minimum of 20 - 30 mins daily. Using natural coconut plus onion based shampoo, neem wooden comb, scalp massager by Littleextra Cooconion twice a week. This is good for hair fall control.

That’s why I had to choose Hindi as the base language for my videos.. 🥺
Me and my sister both are twins but hair qualities are different she has low porosity hair and I have medium one so we use different products for hair and skin. Little extra coco onion shampoo suit both of us as its natural and have no toxic chemicals in it. It works little slow and fast for both of us but we are satisfied.
