- finally the effects video the next and possibly final video will go over the scent, evolution and the rest of the available mobs with a splash of the unfinished feral mobs

Fun fact even if you have 100 hp, pernament positive status effects and best enchanted armor from SCR mod you can still die in like 15 seconds while attacking stage 4 beckon and another thing the armor will probably melt in another 30 seconds. Only thing that actualy protects you from charge attacks and corrosion are FE powered armors with damage cap from Hbm's Nuclear Tech Mod. And best thing that can be used for killing parasites quicly is something that attacks big area, deals multiple frames of damage and preferably does true damage, like there isn't a better way to protect your world from this mod than using weapons of mass destruction like nukes, railguns or black holes. You can't assert dominance over this mod without getting some op late game item that breaks the game what kinda defeats the purpuse of the mod.

Last time i tried they killed with 255lvl regeneration, health boost, resistance and with best armor i found 👍 only exception is euphemium armor 😂 (maybe infinity armor from avaritia works too) ☠️
and the enemies still do damage wile wearing draconic armor.

I'm not entirely convinced fire actually does anything to the parasites, except giving you a placebo effect on your sanity. I wasn't aware that parasites could adapt to EVERYTHING, I just thought each only adapted to maybe two things, maximum. So far, the only successful playthrough I've seen of Scape and Run: Parasites is when the player goes full genocide on everything that moves, and then lights up the entire continent and its caves with torches. At that point though, what's the point of the mod, if you have to do everything in your power to not experience it?
Yeah that's kind of a problem we had with the mod there's no lore there's no way to beat the mod without having additional mods and I don't know when he beat the parasite mod by lighting it up but I'm 90% sure that won't even work anymore
Mostly because of flying mobs that spawn more mobs
@@Look_at_me_Im When I say 'successful playthrough', what I meant was they were doing a streamed 100 day challenge, and didn't even reach evolution phase 1 after 25 days. They haven't even finished it yet. I don't think fliers even spawn until later phases, so literally the only way to beat Scape and Run Parasites is to never let the Parasites advance their phase, by killing everything they could've used as food. He only reached phase 1 when he purposely bred sheep to infect, because he was too successful in containment using the lures, and his viewers were doubting he had the mod active.
But, I fear his world is doomed now, because SRP's got an exponential difficulty curve, and once it starts it's difficult to stop. From the looks of it, he can't travel from his base, otherwise he risks spawning mobs for the parasites to infect.
@@TarsonTalon the main thing I can say is Lures have been changed recently so that tactic might be harder to do now but good on that guy and you're right flyers don't spawn until later stages
As someone who plays SRP. I can confirm Viral has a special place in hell. (I was killed in 3 hits by a Viral Rupter in full protection armor. A mob that deal 2.5 hearts of damage.)
I was doing some testing the other day and this viral rupture had me in a corner, but he couldn’t hit me since I was half in these iron bars. I checked my inventory and the viral counter just kept going up. It wasn’t like viral one two or three, but the timer just kept going till 120 as soon as I moved from the corner mind you I had full enchanted gore armor from the addon and 3 bars of hp and I was one hit
@@marcuswaterman3233 Viral is a bit unbalanced. I usually play hardcore mode (for some reason) and half of my late game deaths have been to Viral. It can turn a normal harmless encounter into instant death. Which wouldn’t be a problem if it wasn’t absurdly common. It’s too common for how deadly it is. Having the first dangerous mob in the mod have a chance of having it is way too OP. It should either be nerfed or made to be less common. (Or have some reliable way to counter it).
This is simply amazing, for a while now no other channel caught my attention this fast, this right here is just good, its raw but i like this, i like to call it "hilariously serious content". Keep it up m8's, this channel cannot go to waste

fear effects all midair damage and that is in game, the failure chance for right click and inventory stuff is removed because of experimental
Good to know one of the few times we trust the wiki it abandons us
@@Look_at_me_Im the wiki literally clearly says that the damage is enabled and the interaction canceling is disabled
in fact the wiki doesn't even mention fall damage i had to add that just now
