- Isao is a very authoritative and serious man, being also very demanding towards both his subordinates and his daughter Kikoru Shinomiya. As the Director General of the Defense Force and serving many years in its ranks, Isao is a far-sighted man who gave his orders firmly in sight of future threats. Isao is not above using living kaiju as weapons to empower the Defense Force.
Isao's strong romantic relationship with his wife Hikari Shinomiya brought him to be very affected by her death and ever since then, Isao became cold and distant with Kikoru, demanding her to become the "perfect soldier" so that she wouldn't suffer the same fate as her mother. Isao's strictness wasn't limited to his family alone as he acted the same way with his subordinates and his former student Gen Narumi.
However, despite his apparent cold and serious behavior, Isao showed a more caring side when he remembered Kikoru's words about Kafka Hibino and when he personally informed the latter about his decision to keep him alive, going against his high-ranked colleagues to give Kafka a chance to prove himself to them. Until the end, Isao's only concern was the sake of the next generations, fighting for it with all of his might to ensure a safer future to those after him, to the point of being willing to sacrifice himself like his wife did.

After the war in pokemon world few year later every one is settled down in that war ash father also participated and he survived and later on he think to go on a jurney
Later on then he travel entire kanto then he find out about paldea's area zero and in war he has a major role and also got famous and later on few researcher got idea about his father and then they recruited them for research of area zero when he was in kanto and after than he tell his wife about this and he went out from kanto to paldea then when team reach deeper part of area zero then found a time warp and then suddenly warp start reacting differently and lot of member including his father get inside the warp and they get teleport to hisui and the warp occurs in hisui is connected to area zero warp and they gey stuck their in past
Later on ash has travel every region and meet professors in each reason he knows everything about every region he is only one who known every single thing but he can't find about his father anywhere bcoz when he was in kanto he was directly called to paldea therfore there is no information for ash to know about his father but when he goes in area zera and read scarlet book he will find about his father and then ash will go for help with his few old friends brock misty sarena goh and gladion and also professor oak and then whole story of hisui will go as it is as game and when they complete 1st half of story then they start knowing about his father and rest of research member one by one and at end of story like game they will ash's father and they will find that why after his father and team members why other people don't came to hisui bcoz when ash's father is fighting volo is sacrifice him to stop this space time distortion and timetravel
