Taking a look at what the manufacturers have prepared for us in their upcoming cruiser bike lineups. Which of the bikes do you find to be the most exciting?
Wow! For the price and overall performance, I'm very surprised you fell to mention the all impressive 2020 Deez its their 40th year anniversary model, besides no Dezz great video.
I've had several motorcycle brands and am on my 1st Harley Davidson and I think I'll stay with hd, their dealer network is 2nd to none. Their new lineup is insane
once bikes hits over 20k then it becomes a luxury item...most real riders cant afford the high prices....which like me always going through Craigslist for impulse buyer regret sale.I still think 1st gen goldwings were beautiful work of art light powerful and beautiful then you look at the gigantic size Yamaha and wonder if you are not better off buying a convertible car....and wonder what happened to the essence of motorcycling....with all the bells and buttons something has been killed....that is the soul of motorcying
Still riding my 70's ironhead sportster! The people that buy the new bikes always take time to tell me how cool mine looks so I'll just stick with the old dog until it breaks!!!
I really like the Yamaha Star Venture. The Indian Scout looks like it outperforms the Harley of a similar size. The FXDR 114 looks too weird for me and seems to check no boxes as far as the fastest, most powerful, best in the corners, etc... I really like the 116 Cu IN Thunder Stroke. I can’t wait to test drive one.
Hi there. You are the second person asking me this. The Gold Wing wasn't featured, because it is not being updated in 2020. This video is about the new models. If I missed the Gold Wing update, then send me a link, please
@@gsdfan8455 absolutely. Looks like a true bare bones chopper. I really like the Triumph they're making now that's got the hard tail look. Ya just can't beat the cool factor of a stripped down bike.

Why is a 500cc Beneli bike even mentioned as a possible touring bike? Most of the other candidates have at least 3x the output, and twice the weight. By the way, the most popular cruiser isn’t even mentioned. Ever hear of the Honda Goldwing?
Hi there, Prune. I believe you are mistaking the video for what it is. As it was mentioned in the introduction, these are NEW cruisers arriving to the market in 2020. If you want to see the Goldwing, then check out this video ua-cam.com/video/7C2a8UbnorA/v-deo.html
Because despite the small engine, it is a comfortable cruiser. The engine ia most comfortable at 90-100 km/h cruising speeds, which is ideal when you ride with no windshield. I just got one a day ago.
@@automotiveterritory Actually, the ultimate cruiser is the 1996-2003 Honda Valkyrie. It's the very finest of all that makes cruisers great. However, I'll never forget in 1986 when I sat on my first Vmax. A slight crack of the throttle pulled the wheel off the ground. The newer models (2009 - current) have even ridiculously MORE power, and the confident, ground-shaking solidity of riding a Vmax is incredible.
I have 950,000 miles on 2 wheels, in 25 countries. I've been buying bikes that could do just that since bikes had starters '72 or so, including a brand new '85 VMax. The Venture Royale? I remember that. It was a V-max with bags, somewhere around 8 grand. Now they're asking $25,000 without batting an eye. Gasp Choke. What happened? Is money worth nothing any more? How do people even walk IN to any dealers? Holy shit
The prices are indeed high, but somehow they still manage to sell. I will be tackling the topic about the cheapest cruisers at the modern dealerships soon, hope to find models within 5-7 grand
Lets hope BMW went the extra mile and developed good balance shafts, but still remember that BMW overall has a 40% failure rate, Consumer Reports 2018.
You got me. Have to confess, this year there weren't that many pure cruiser newcomers, so I had to somewhat broaden my definition. Hope the models presented are still within the reasonable "cruiser" definition

Benelli's full name is Benelli QJ, as in QianJiang, a Chinese motorcycle manufacturer that bought Benelli and actually manufactures the bikes and all of their components. Hence the competitive price, while still bearing a prestigious Italian name.
You are right. My bad for missing the reference. So what do you say? Is a rebadged Chinese bike worth the Benelli name? IMHO it is pretty decent, not too much supply within the segment they are aiming for.
@@automotiveterritory Well, if you think of them as what they are, it's ok, Chinese bikes with decent quality (compared to the competitive price), there is nothing really wrong about them. But it's not an economical Italian product, it's a normal-priced chinese bike, as we know chinese products are cheaper for a variety of reasons. It's the "Italian" part that annoys me a bit more, the way they just bought Benelli as a fancy badge to make it look like "not a chinese bike". They knew nobody would have actually bought the same bike if it was called QianJiang, let's be honest, so that's what they did. Even the design often just copies successful real Italian bikes. So it's quite of an unfair concurrence as it gets compared to EU manufacturers while showing lower prices. Well, I guess that was a long way to say the bikes themselves are ok, but I don't quite like the whole operation of branding them as "italian products", which they aren't.
