Hopefully it was just a simple tutorial but I wanted to know if you can add documents to tasks, write notes from meetings on tasks, create dependencies. Build tasks in a task view and view them in kanban, be able to adjust them and it updates the tasks based on that.

when I add a calendar I am wondering if I am bale to change the color of the entry currently tit is purple and I would like to be able to colour code depending on the persons who is looking after it

Hey! Yes it sure is. They have suitable plans as your brand scales. You can always migrate your data. However, Monday is a great option for enterprise with complex and many projects on the go.

You can for sure. This just depends on how you like to view your projects. I personally prefer a list view.

It’s impossible to use as an actual project manager. It looks good but is so complex and difficult to get columns working together. Awful.

You can't move a subitem to subitem. Although, look at automations and you can setup this for future events involving your subitem.
