Kalyanjit is the son & disciple of Sitar Maestro Pandit Kushal Das & Kaushik Mukherjee is one of the senior disciples of Sarode Maestro Pandit Tejendra Narayan Majumdar. Both having "Taalim" (trainings) in the Senia Maihar Gharana, the duo brings you back the Legacy of the immortal Jugalbandi of Pandit Ravi Shankar & Ustad Ali Akbar Khan, after their respective Gurus.
After raga Bageshree they presented a Dhun (folk) in Raga Mishra Pahadi.
They have been accompanied by Sandip Ghosh, one of the finest Tabla exponents of his generation.
