It is!!! I was a bit hesitant at first but when I saw she got them and saw the real color I was sold!!! I’m so disappointed! They really have made it difficult for me event to return it it’s very unprofessional. I really love it so I’m being patient but wow it’s taken a lot of me lol
I am glad to hear your son is doing better. Sounds scary. I am also sorry your sofa arrived damaged. I have some horror stories regarding Ashleys. Coincidentally one is regarding my sectional, and the second has to do with two pendant lights I bought with two gift cards Ashleys gave me to make up for the disaster they caused with the sofa. Thankfully after MONTHS of going back and forth, it all worked out. On the bright side, your home is beautiful and I can’t wait to see the reveal.

@@CASANEUTRAL Sofa was in store, and light pendants on line. OH and I forgot to mention my console table that I bought in person at the same time as the sofa. The top came warped. I remember putting decor on the edge, and it would eventuate slide to the middle 🤣. They said they would fix it, not replace it, but fix it. Their idea of fixing it was to send me a new top! The console table arrived in one piece and now we had to figure out how to pull it apart without breaking the glass front to replace the top that arrived warped. Of course we weren’t going to do it ourselves. Took 2 months but finally they came, picked it up and replaced it. To this day I still have the top in my storage room. Sofa took longer to resolve.
Oh no very disappointing. I feel for you Ibeth. I recently bought a very expensive coffee machine and it stopped working and has been replaced 3 times with new machines and now they will only repair it. Obviously it’s faulty but I can’t do anything but get it repaired. Hopefully you have better luck with your sofa and it’s beautiful!😍😍😍

They kept reverting back to our old address somehow and it took MANY times for them to get it corrected. It took quite a few phone calls, chats, etc. and wasted a lot of time. Eventually it all worked out thankfully. I hope they get things resolved for you ASAP. Are you able to drape a throw over that section in the meantime so you can still enjoy it?

After I shared this about Ashley, a lot of people told me their stories about their experience as well and wow am I shocked at how this company deals with them. Never shopping there again
OMG Im only 6 min in...I literally have throw pillows stuffed into the 'dents' in my couch cushions, LOL, bc I NEED a couch SO bad, but anything in my budget is just....JUNK! Or not at all what I want or just TOO BIG! I cant say how many couches I seen that I loved, then seen it had one of those chase lounge things at the end of it! My apartment is too small, I just want a regular sized sofa, plain, but comfy, and not too light. I have been looking for TWO YEARS! I have given up for moonths at a time, throwing a cover over mine, lol, but I have commited to after Christmas I WILL find one no matter what, lol! I went to Ashley as they are new around here and I was SHOCKED at the price for WHAT they sell! Like, what?! Its so CHEAP looking and feeling for ridiculous pricing, but they get people bc they offer financing! If Im going to use a pay it off type thing, Ill just put it on my credit card and earn cash back or points, lol! I guess its ok for people who dont have credit cards, but honestly at that point, Id just wait til I saved the money up instead and buy it cash or look on FB Marketplace for someone who is moving or downsizing! I actually bought a BEAUTIFUL couch a few years ago that way for $20 and it was a big name brand (I cant remember NOW though, lol) and not even a yr old bc the woman that was selling it had bought it for her mom recently when she moved her mom into her "in laws" area part of her house and after a year her mom decided she wanted to go into assisted living type thing and no longer needed the couch and the lady whose house it was said one of her kids was moving into there and thought it was "so ugly" lol! I had stopped at their yardsale and they had just brought it out (I guess they had a sign saying they ALSO had furniture, just ask...but no one was asking, lol) and I lucked out! I had to go get a truck and she said a few people had asked about it after I left ;) So, you never know why people are selling things, so always keep a lookout bc you never know what you might find out there! Unfortunately for me, I no longer have access to a truck, or many men to help move one up to my second fl apartment, so delivery would be the best thing for me now

Or maybe should say unbelievable lol It can be exhausting looking for something that seems like it doesn’t exist especially when one is on a budget😔so I definitely know how you feel. Check every now and then and the right piece will come when it’s your time. I’m sorry you don’t have somebody to help u with furniture, it does feel a little discouraging when you can’t find someone to help you🫤but you got this girl! Some day you will be able to get wat you deserve🫶🏻🤍
