Thank you for this. Even as I was watching I was wrestling with an "issue." I've noticed a pattern where someone says something that rubs me the wrong way and then the episode builds up in my mind and I have intense inner arguments with this person, like I can't stop dwelling on it. I wanted to be free of it, I didn't want to feel so angry all the time, but couldn't seem to shake it. But then I remembered that it's not about "stamping out" the anger, it has a right to exist, but so do love, peace, and joy. It's like I have a whole buffet to choose from and what do I want to experience NOW (notice I say "WANT," not "SHOULD")? Where do I choose to dwell NOW?

Tom, i remember when the first time i learn about the law of assumption and visualisation from Neville, i practise to manifesct climb a ladder with the not technique. I don't have attachment to that manifestation. But it manifest in 3D reality within 24 hours.
From that experience i get an insight for non attachment and just having fun because it must be unfolding in 3D reality..

I have a question for Tom/the members… the deeper my understanding and embodiment of oneness/law of assumption/the I Am etc goes, I’ve been strangely experiencing increased feelings of loneliness. It was much more comforting to I suppose my ego to believe there was a separate “entity”, or spirit that I was communing with or “working with” to “co create” reality. Now that I fully understood that there is no separation from anything, no lack etc. these feelings of deep loneliness keep popping up in my awareness and they’re unsettling and a bit depressing. Has anyone experienced anything similar? How did you shift out of that?
