EXCLUSIVE ‼️Buried ⚓️ Submarine Pen, Malta 🇲🇹 - Historic Find ?! ... CNG Trekventures

- We are sharing with you EXCLUSIVE exploration with unseen photos and footage of part of our hidden - possibly never accessed nor known about - History, dating back to the1940's.
We always knew that some Submarines Pens where being dug in Valletta, and that there was a plan to dig 5 Tunnels in 1937, which project was abandoned due to some cost issues. The project was estimated to cost £340k in total, but in due course it was decided to abandon such project and invest these expenses on a new Submarine (U-boat).
Historically it was always believed that only the 3 entrances to these pens were dug a few metres inwards, 2 of which later blocked off from the Marsamxett side, leaving no access to them whatsoever, if not for pigeons ;)
While we were monitoring some other abandoned Knights' period structure remains, a discovered opening raised our eyebrows and after intensifying on some research about this matter, we immediately organised ourselves to Explore this new find ... as we feared that this could be closed off by the Authorities, and buried once again, this time for ever.
In this Vlog, we are sharing with you what we found, the various facts that make us think that we found a very important part of our British history long buried, and what are the chances that this will open a wider discussion among Historians locally, about the possibility of more pens dug, presently buried under post WWII rubble.
We also ask the Authorities to shed more light and knowledge on this site, if we can eventually clean this 'possible' Submarine Pen, excavate and explore any other in the adjacent site, maintain and study them properly, preserve/protect them, and make out of them a Touristic attraction.
NOTE: Such sites might be very dangerous to access. So please keep away. We are also opting to keep the site location secret on purpose, with responsibility and also to protect such a site from any possible vandalism, until it is properly studied and surveyed professionally.

Yorkshire miners did a lot of digging in Malta during WW2. Might be a good idea to research them. Nice video and extremely interesting. Thanks for sharing.

Tried to search them on google but no relations to digging in Malta tunnels ;(
@@ConradNeilGatt read it in a book as in the title below. Also mentioned in various UK TV programmes, unfortunately can’t remember the titles but the miners did do extensive digging under Valletta and other places creating shelters, so assumed they might have also worked on these tunnels.
What is the title of the book pls ?
