Widzę, że chyba zamontowałeś dysze natrysku na denka tłoków. Użyłeś ich od wcześniejszych wersji tej serii silników? Czy od czegoś innego zastosowałeś? Panewki główne jak i korbowe pozostały seryjne?

Super build :p Ja mam punto 2 sporting 1.4 16v 95km ze skormną modyfikacją wydechu, dolotu, remont silnika, poliuretany itp. z 105km jest :p Mam natomiast problem z skrzynią 6 biegów C514.6 - mechanizm różnicowy (satelitki i te akcesoria) się wyrobiły i półosie się wysuwaja na wyboajch trochę i olej kapie... wiesz czy od innego fiata da radę dopasować taki zestaw mechanizmu róznicowego? widzę że masz wiedzę o fiatach to może coś podpowiesz :)

Pewnie przy rozebraniu okaże się że blok do wymiany i w związku z tym czy można włożyć starszy blok np 182a4000 zamiast mojego? Widzę że mocowanie kompresora ac jest inne i banner wychodzi troszkę inaczej ale czy to tylko takie różnice.... Fajnie by było wsadzić tłoki o dłuższym płaszczu żeby silnik dłużej polatał i jeśli blok z innego nie podejdzie to może podpowiesz mi czy inne tłoki da się wsadzić? Średnica tych moich to 80,5 mm silniki te produkowała od września 2000 roku i był to silnik zmodernizowany, który zastąpił właśnie ten twój uturbiony, wprowadzili nieszczęsne zmiany między innymi zmniejszyła średnicę tłoka i wprowadzili cieńsze pierścienie.... Podpowiedz jak ty to widzisz.... Pozdrawiam

I don't want to open the engine as I want to operate on stock 10.5:1 compression ratio and max 0.5-0.6 bar for 150hp and LPG (108+ octane). Do you think that it will survive without going to lower compression forged pistons? And I also have a big problem finding an exhaust manifold to bolt the turbo on. Did you manufacture the exhaust manifold on your own? I'm thinking of using a Garrett 1446 small turbo with boost limit.
@@xynostasos9022 182b6000 has very very weak 80mm pistons, they look like from a lawn mower. It's best if you change the engine to 86.4 bore, then 200hp yes
@@punto90ful so will the engine sensors (MAP, crankshaft position, camshaft position etc) be the same between 182a4000 and 182b6000? I know the rest parts (gearbox etc) fit perfectly as the engine is 90% the same. So it's not difficult to swap the engine from an old Fiat Bravo 1.6 103 GT. Otherwise I could get lower compression semi-forged 80.5mm pistons. Do you think the rest of the 182b6000 parts are strong enough for 200hp (connecting rods etc)?
@@xynostasos9022 182b6000 for this engine is not worth buying forged pistons, because then you would also have to buy connecting rods. put in 182a400 or similar 86.4x67.4 another thing what you want to control is 0.6 bar how will you control the fuel and ignition?.
The pistons come from nissan diameter 87mm STD. 300hp should be able to withstand. in my case the connecting rods are from PGT, but the stronger ones are from uno 1.3t factory forged, you can see them on one of the pictures

the pulley must be offset by 11 mm.

Hy Fake ! do you use stock valvesprings and hydraulic lifter,or you converted to mechanical lifters.
I use stock heads / valves / and hydraulic lifter. 7500rpm and nothing happens.

350 on the stroke with no problem, but at 1.9 I would use the head valves in 33.5 ex 31mm

My Garrett gt22 hybrid with a larger compressor wheel and A / R hot side 67. This year I want to add an even larger 50/65 mm compressor wheel
