One suggestion - if we add half cooked channa dal, then you can cook all these in one whistle. And also add the greens once you open the cooker, greens will be cooked in one minute. This way we can preserve the nutrients in the greens
A small update would like to give here. Please avoid cooking in aluminium vessels. Stainless steel, cast iron, can be a better option.And also cooking spinach covered or pressure cooked is not the right way of eating spinach.The nutrition gets destroyed due to high heat.
