So glad you guys found a house. That is so awesome. My friend is in Austin and the saw the house put in an offer and within 1 hour someone in put in offer $75,000 over the asking price and got the house. She was crying so hard and it looks like it's gonna take forever to build. Supplies are limited. So her, her husband and 3 kids living with her parents until they find something. You guys were very fortunate.

Sterling silver tarnishes like that. It’s normal. Decided to invest in real gold because the gold dipped stuff looses its coating and just looks odd when it’s both silver and gold in certain spots lol

Sterling silver is supposed to turn black due to oxidation reaction with the air, especially if you don't wear it. It is normal. All you have to do is clean it with a tooth brush and tooth paste. :)
This is such a super helpful video. Currently been living in Korea and hoping to move back home to America sometimes in the far future so I’ll be referring to this video again.

At least AC could be blasted here in the house all the everyday and we can easily transport by cars. Summer in Korea was not fun since you have to limit AC usage to maybe at night to save the bills lol. And having to walk outside with an umbrella to get to the subway or bus stations. But regardless, Korea was such a fun place to live in haha. There are pros and cons everywhere.

I think it was because Aiden wanted to go back to Korea because his family lives there and since the kids were still young, picking up Korean would be no problem. Angel said that they planned to go back to the US on time so that the kids could still pick up English and go to school.
