I uploaded this 2 hrs ago, but for some reason, there were "hiccups" in the video. I think it got corrupted so I had to redo the video processing and upload. Apologies to those who were cut while watching. 🙏
Now it's 65 dollars, but I must get it. Love your review. I am collecting watercolors that are professional even tho I'm an amature :) Thanks so much for the review!!
Ohh. Price increase. 😔 maybe the price will go down on Black Friday. But that's so far away. Thank you for the appreciation and I hope you enjoy this set. 😉
Thank you. Your painting is beautiful. I found your channel from a comment on The Frugal Crafter's channel. I will definitely be looking at more of your videos.
Oh wow. I love Lindsay. May I know on which video of hers did you find the comment I was mentioned at? Thank you for your interest in my channel. I hope you enjoy it. 😊
Great review! I have had these in and out of my cart so much! Thank you for reviewing them! I was kinda hoping they would be bad so i wouldnt be tempted 😅
Those look awesome, that wooden box and brush look like they're of a real nice quality as welll and the price seems real decent. And your test picture just looks glorious as always 🥰 Had I not already a pretty decent selection of colours for myself and if I weren't kinda hooked to mulling my own colours at the moment (currently recycling my old expired eye shadows and have obtained mineral pigments from a local company which I'll try next. It's so mesmerizing and relaxing to see those crumbs turn into actual colours 😊), I'd love to give them a try. Great to see that there's more affordable materials coming out lately, I'm sure those will level the field a bit ❤
Will you show us you mulling and paint making process? That'd be very interesting. 😉 yes, i hope products like this could level the prices a bit of the more expensive lines. Again, thank you for always checking out the videos. 🙏
This looks so gorgeous!! I always love it when you upload new videos because it means you will either get a highly underrated watercolor set to review, or review how good those overrated watercolors usually are
Ahwww. I didn't expect it would drastically increase the price. But yeah, everyone should wait for the sale, probably on the 3rd or 4th quarter during the black friday sale.
Hi Allan, I shall not be buying this as I have more than I will be able to use anyway. It would make a very nice and usable gift if I needed to get one. (I don’t.) I was surprised that it was so good and it is a very giftable set. Also because it is not too flowy it will be easy for a relative newcomer to get to grips with. Needed another pour though, I guess that is where the saving is made. You painting was splendid as usual, how fortunate that you have inspirational and interesting landscape. Nice review.
The wooden box makes the set looks classy which is nice. A bit unrelated but will you review the Winsor and Newton cotman travel kit in the future? Will it be a good replacement to the semiart 50 colours (since I don't really enjoy too many colours and I'm hoping for a more professional name).
Which Cotman Travel kit? The ones with 8 halfpans? I have reviewed the 12 halfpans of them, and I'm ok with it. Definitely Cotman, being the student grade of Winsor & Newton line, is already a trusted brand. And you will see the difference from the Seamiart. However, you might want to also checkout other smaller options in the professional line such as the 6 split primaries of Daniel Smith (5ml tubes). 😉
Hey Allan, can you review the Conda watercolor tubes? A friend of mine gifted me this watercolor set, but I'm not sure if they're good enough as other watercolor sets. Greetings from Colombia 🫶🏻
Hiii. I am not familiar with Conda. It's my first time to hear about it. Do you have any links where I could see or check it out? Or any photos of the set? If i could find a local supplier here, surely, I can review it. 😊 but whether it's great or not, it should be special because a friend gave it to you. 🙏 Gracias. 😉
Nice colors! And beautiful painting! I am just always a little weary of 'low cost' materials. Because someone does pay the price. It's apparently not us, it's certainly not the company. Hmmm... This is why I try to stay away from things where I suspect forced labor.
Definitely get the point and concerns. And pricing and labor costs have variable basis and will never be the same from country to country. Forced labor and much worse, underpayment or lowballing may be 2 different things though. In the case of China, labor cost is really low because of too huge man power available.. we cant blame companies, even Apple, having their products built in China. Here the Philippines, labor cost is also low, but cost of living is also low, so most people make it possible to make both ends meet.
Very pretty but not $75usd pretty. Great review and paintings. I was looking to see if Rosa Gallery would be in the comparison. Near the same I imagine but less expensive.
@1mulekicker oh so the price had increased. 😔 if you are thinking of getting the Rosa, I think they're good. I have a 36 color full pans set and 24 tubes set, lined for review. I feel like I'm gonna love them. And the pigment selection are good. Great for the price.

Hi. Apologies for my late reply. I appreciate your message and praises for my work. I hope someday I can grant your requests. It will be helpful to everyone for sure. For now, please enjoy the rest of the videos and also enjoy painting. 🙏
I know where you are coming from and that’s understandable. I personally would not like to generalize and would rather consider supporting the art industry. Besides, our iPhones, cars, and a large percent of raw materials are made in or are from China.
So true! 😭 I am really trying to avoid all made in China products whenever possible. But it is pretty much impossible. I'm sure some pigments in paints manufactured in other countries are still coming from China.

Hahaha. I know the feeling. But yeah, this exceeded my expectations, though. Thank you, Lindsay. 😊
I suggested them to send you a set too, if they haven't yet. You're from US so it would be easier for them, and you have wider reach as well. 😊
@@AllanJayQuesada thanks so much!
Thanks for your review. I tried to purchase these since November 2023, and the price was and is still 65.00 US.

I love how affordable it is. It has really nice brush and a palette and a wooden box . Very good deal! I am tired of overpriced watercolors.
Yeah, and i almost forgot trying out the brush. It was good. This set exceeded my expectations. 😊
They are $65.00 US on Amazon.
Wow the paint was much better than what I expected, I espacially love that they included a pv16 instead of a mixed violet.
Exactly the same thoughts. Even some pro grade paints don't include PV16 in their line. 😊
I like the colors and the price !
Your painting is lovely !
I enjoyed this review .
I'm glad you did, Petra. This is really good.🙏
I really appreciate your knowledge of pigments!
Thank you. 🙏🏻
Grrat review. I like that the information was straight and to the point. Thank you very much!
Thank you too. 🙏
Thanks Allan. That pallet is so appealing to look at. Like a lot of poured pans it looks like it should have had one more pour to top it off. ❤
As someone who also pours paints for business, i agree. 🙌
Great, thorough review. I am amazed at your paintings.
Thank you, Erica. 🙏
I love your reviews!
Thank you, Attorney Carissa. 🙏

Thank you for always loving the uplaods. It's always a pleasure to discover and review new products. 🙏 Selamat. Terima kasih
These skyrocketed in price and I'm gonna assume it's because of this review, I'd recommend if anyone wants it they wait for sale.

i’m tempted to buy it mostly for the box😅
Yes the box is really a plus, but the paints and brush are also good to be honest. 😊

Hello po. For my videos from 2022 onwards, I'm using Sony ZV-1 ☺️
