As a Chelsea fan I get sad everytime I see the Herzog & de Meuron plan, because I know it won't ever get built although it's a brilliant and unique stadium concept.
All seems to be about the Dock ground nobody seems to be mentioning the road outside the Dock ground if everton move ground and they leave that road as it is outside the Dock ground its going to take hours getting to the match and the same getting to houses after the match plus the rail network won't be able to handle the crowds eg match people and people leaveing work etc its going to be chaos your going to have 30 thousand cars maybe more plus coaches etc decending there the congestion is going to be horrendous and there is very limited parking outside and near the dock ground
Only one person to blame at everton football club and that's the owner moshiri, everton supporters should sue moshiri for miss ownership of the club and demand season ticket money refunds back etc, im urging everton supporters not to buy any merchandise from the club etc untill moshiri sells everton football club, moshiri out

Which stadium would you like to see in reality?
Stamford Bridge.
The Portsmouth one looked interesting. Quite a step up from Fratton Park, which was the worst top tier stadium I ever went to.
Anfield road
Dzięki, sporo pięknych stadionów.
The Populous renderings were based on the original ones for the Spurs stadium, that's why it's so similar to what was actually built.
The Fulham stadium got what they wanted. What you have shown. Southampton their average average attendance is 28.500.
It is slightly different design. The lower tier is much smaller
genuinely relieved most of these weren't built because most of them looked nothing like a football stadium.
Good Chanel
Ate agora ainda ninguém superou o Spotify camp Nou maior de Europa
I really dont understand: Tottenham Stadium have done yet, Everton Stadium is under construction and going to open next season! 🤷♂️
the ones in the video for Everton are old concepts at different locations
@@Pbchelt Thanks! And Spurs'?

I got about 50 seconds into that before giving up on account of the weird (and presumably AI generated) voiceover.
What is it with you people? Our voiceover artist is a real human being! We have never used an AI for our videos 🙈

Chelsea's that is absolutely terrible.
So right
I'm glad they didn't get built because they all look terrible. The only ones today that look good is Real Madrid's and the SoFi stadiums.
What about Tottenham? Their new stadium is magnificent.
@@vordman It's okay but from an architecture point of view it's not symmetrical and also doesn't hold as many as Madrid or SoFi.

My god that Chelsea concept was repulsive 🤮
I wonder why, you get deducted 10 points if you do
