There is a rare air in Bentonville. You nailed it, the artistry outdoorsy bike themed playground. Top tier 💯 The supportive community circling it all is fantastic. 👏
Yeah living here is pretty top notch, get to ride all this stuff daily. Youll need to get further out some next time, go north to bella vista and ride - floride/goride - ledges - huntley gravity Also missed out at the castle, catapult might be the best flow trail in the area, on par with cease.
In Edmonton, Alberta, Canada we have more than 100km of singletrack all within city limits. I regularly ride on my lunch break when i wfh, and almost my entire commute to the downtown core is singletrack. I think we could give Bentonville a run for the title of mtb capital
@SuperTacticalcom I wouldn't say "all the time". Our winter riding season is mid-November to early March. We fat bike the singletrack all winter. Summer/fall trail riding season is typically May-Oct, and only March and part of April are unridable. To recap: 100+km of singletrack within an urban city of 1.5M ppl. Sounds better than middle of nowhere, small town Bentonvill, imo. Cold AF in Dec-Jan tho....
It looks like an absolutely amazing time, and I look forward to riding it one day. That said MTB capital is no way in Arkansas of all places lol. Capital of community loving mtb spirit, hell yeah. But we all know whistler is #1, Id say Moab #2. Hell maybe Quebec #2 at the rate its going
Awesome. I’m heading down there tomorrow for a week. Bringing an eMTB this time so I don’t bonk by Wednesday. Castle wasn’t done the last time I was there, so that should fun.
Hi gmbn team, what is the best way to fly to bentonville from the UK? Which airport is best and how do you get there from the airport? Bus? Car rental? I'd love to get a trip organised looks great 👍🏻
My guess would be flying into LaGuardia or O'Hare and then on to XNA from there. XNA is about a 15-20 minute drive from downtown Bentonville. I would make Bentonville your home base for a trip like this. Depending on how much time you have will depend on how far I would recommend venturing out. If you have a week then stick to the stuff close by (Bentonville/Bella Vista). All of this is ridable from Bentonville without a vehicle. If you have a couple weeks you might consider adding Eureka Springs or Fayetteville/Devils Den. If you have a month then you might be able to cover most of the trail systems and get down to places like Mt. Nebo. There are trail guide/shuttle services if you have the time to get out of the Bentonville/Bella Vista trail sections. The trails are well marked and easy to get to using the app of your choosing. The local bike shops are very accommodating and offer rentals if you don't want to fly your bike here. Check out oztrails.com for a decent place to get a feel for the trail systems. And when in doubt don't hesitate to reach out to a local.
that is so American to claim to be the capital of everything! kudos to the city for supporting the sport, but this city doesn't hold a candle to the Vancouver north shore! THE TRUE CAPITAL OF MTB! just open trailforks and look at the trail map between north Vancouver and whistler! also was it go pro effect or it took a double black (that looks like a north shore blue) to step away from machine built jump trails? not convinced!
As a Bentonville resident, I am grateful for your coverage of our beautiful community & trails.
Always great content GMBN!!

My favorite channel uploaded on my birthday. This is the best birthday present :)
They uploaded everyday
A couple of the trails north were filmed in my back yard. Pretty cool
Gotta add this town to my bucket list! I just got into MTB and just picked up a stumpy evo elite to get started. Let’s go!!!
This looks like a dream city to live in. Imagine just going for a ride during your lunch break.
just watch out for all the homeless people. they’re everywhere
I saw one in 5 days. Have you ever been to Portland or Seattle?
@@tehMaloWalo What? No they’re not.
It’s Tuesday, it’s raining & i’m in the U.K., great video & great watching..! 😎📺
Today in Bentonville, Arkansas, 27.2°, 70% humidity.
I recommend going up to the north west of the states and checking out Galbraith mountain in WA.
Coming from a place that only had two bike trails,. This would of been a fun town to explore as a kid
That’s it. MTB is part of life in B-ville. Kids and families everywhere. I rarely see that where I live just a couple hundred miles away.
Lucky.I love Mtb but the closest trail to me is about an hour away and it’s just about 10km of a trail with no jumps
i live in bentonville. it’s not that great
@@tehMaloWaloThe trails are though.
Great job😊

That place is frozen and horrible 75% of the time isn't it though?

If you prefer more of one, trails or people, then Bentonville would be your be your choice for the former.
Looks like Neil was having a blast there. Those trails look fantastic.

That Orbea color scheme is so sexy.
Is it worth bringing an E just to cover more ground or is there minimal grueling climbs … somehow

Thanks Nelson, that's a big help.
I like a rough tech trail, but I thought Loam Wolf was a complete waste of elevation.
Where the hell has Blake been, is he done with making videos?
Maybe he's having some time off.🤔
@@reinholdachleitner2069 maybe- I saw on his Facebook he was doing the megalanche race or whatever-
Bentonville, where the trails are all the same, but different. But same.
All American looks like a once and done. Too many turns.
Is Bentonville whites only?

Wow, your music is worse than my gay neighbor radio station. Poor choice. Great video, absolutely garbage music
It's just stereotypical American themed music. What's the problem?
