Vehicles filmed at Dealerships are For Sale. Make sure to visit the dealerships website for detail info about each vehicle. If your watching a video thats older than 90 days you can expect that vehicle to most likely already being sold, unless its a new car.
FYI - Charleston Car Videos on UA-cam Started in 2011. Back in 2008 is when I started filming cars as a car salesman to give people a better way to see a new or used vehicle. Over the years I ended up selling over 450 vehicles from doing videos. Today 1000's of vehicles have sold from people watching my car reviews in America.
The Lincoln is a beautiful car. It's back to what American luxury cars where meant to be competition for the imports like BMW, Mercedes etc. the Ford motor company is really trying with this new look Lincoln brand
I really hate when you go to buy a brand new car and the dealership already has their decal on it.
Amen, sir. I insist they remove it before delivery. Annoying.
Its for advertisement and theft prior to sale.. They are removable
I demand they remove it for the sale, or pay me royalties for advertisement. They remove it.
Yup...I tell them if they do that I'm going to charge them monthly advertising.
I just purchased one this past April,,,Totally love the car..It's a shame more people aren't buying them..One of Lincoln's best come back car's..Yo!!!Your videos are great keep them coming!!
thanks Frank!!! Congrats on getting this vehicle. It really is a beautiful vehicle and well worth the money.
@@CarolinaCarVideos Thanks Pal I appreciate it and I appreciate all your videos..Very informative enjoy them a lot..Be well....
@@frankanthony44 I'm considering buying a Continental and I was wondering about your experience with yours, how many miles have you put into it, any mechanical or electrical issues, etc; Thanks
@@jesse747400 Hi Jesse, No mechanical problems what so ever. I have put 2000 miles on mine since I own it.Car is a dream to drive.Classy, sporty and elagant. I am totally pleased with my purchase on this car and would recommend highly!!
Are you still pleased with it after three years?
I just purchased a black 2018 Lincoln Continental Black Label Edition with the thoroughbred theme with only 19,200 miles on Saturday 02/06/2021.
I was very impressed with this sedan because I did 6 years of just leasing Lincoln MKX SUV’s. You really don’t see many luxury sedans on the road anymore hardly ... BUT a heck of a lot of different SUVs by every manufacturer under the sun including Lincoln. I would truly recommend your viewers to go and test drive either a NEW our USED Lincoln Continental sedan before they buy any SUV on the market ... You might pleasantly be surprised like me. Great Video ! Your honest approach and unedited videos makes me feel that I could trust you as a good friend giving his opinions. Don’t change...

So, 2yrs later what is your thoughts now after owning it? Do you still consider it a reliable car? How many mile you put on it owning it? What kind of mechanical issues did you have with the car if any? Thanks if you reply. I've been HIGHLY considering getting me a low mileage used 2019 or 2020 and ANY info on your experience owning this car would be so helpful & appreciated.
The reserve is also at the same level of opulence. If you want the luxury car don’t buy a Cadillac get the Lincoln Continental either Blackwood or reserve it has every conceivable option..
Don't slam the doors. They close themselves.
Rear seats DO fold down 60/40. LED dash config can be changed by pushing the silver rotating switch on right side of steering wheel IN and then up and down to select your configuration.
It doesn’t fold if you got the backseat package (massage seats)
I believe the wheel design and lack of a V8 really hurt this model's sales. Although being AWD is more important to me.
Agree. I added aftermarket savini's. They look so much better.
Some models do have higher horsepower engines than the one illustrated. My continental reserve has a 2.7 L V6 twin turbo charge with 335 hp. Additionally there is an optional 3 L V6 with 400 hp.. I don’t feel a V8 is required for this vehicle. It’s a beautiful highway cruiser and driven is such.
You’re driving the base model the seat bolsters for under your knees is on the higher models. I have a Lincoln Continental reserve and it has far more options available. It also has a rear seat full down armrest that has audio temperature controls, as well as rear seat, heated and air-conditioning seats semi recline And massage
To answer your question Chad, believe it or not Lincoln lost a lot of sales because they do not have their own dealerships. Most Luxury buyers want to be exclusive. The waiting areas in luxury dealerships have expensive comfortable chairs and give free life time washes and will even come pickup your car for maintenance and drop of a courtesy car for you to drive. But Lincoln/Ford has addressed this. I saw a brand new Lincoln dealership in Memphis and it look nice and upscale. Please check my Channel.
Hey Man, funny you mention this. This morning I did a video at the dealership talking about this exact same answer you just gave me. I thought about it over the last day or so and got in my car and drove to the nearest Lincoln dealer. When I got there all the Lincoln's were sitting at the Ford store. I'm editing my video about this tomorrow. I hope you watch it and thank you for your input as well. Chad
@@CarolinaCarVideos sure will, thanks
I have a 2017 white one and get looks all the time..
That is a good looking car , from the wheels ,the airplane-like wing the mirrors are mounted on, then the high position door handles, nice touches to the design of the car. The mustang was released here in Scotland and is a big hit, I think ford should do the same with the Lincoln, it could complete against European cars.
yes it is good looking. I really like it. Glad to see y'all have a Mustang now!!!! Those new Mustangs are nice also. I'll have to do a review on one soon.
I love mine!! 2.7 turbo :)
3yrs later and what is your opinion of the car? Do you consider it a reliable car? How many miles you put on it? What issues or problems did it have? Do you still have it? I'm highly considering getting me a used new one & would like to know your experience owning the Lincoln Continental. Thanks. Hope you reply.
Europeans idea of luxury has killed American luxury. Hard seats harder ride, but decent in a curve. This is America we spend more time on long straight interstates, we dont need our luxury cars to be cornering race cars. I own this same year conny. it has found a nice balance of old school luxury an euro luxury.
Dude, the reason why you haven’t seen a lot of these Lincolns on the road is because Lincoln, the Ford Motor Co., stop production on this name plate some 20 years ago. Also Ford had owned Jaguar at one time along with Aston Martin, Volvo, Land Rover and Mazda.
There is a camera at the front, right below on the Lincoln Emblem.

Your my light expert!
Continental always have high mileage people don’t ever want to get off them
How’s the reliability of these?
it's sad such a nice luxury american car but it's not selling as well as the Navigator. The Navigator is selling like hotcakes
Chad hope you and your family are doing well
SUV's and crossovers are THE thing these days. Sedan sales are in freefall. Great car, released at the wrong time...
I've been waiting for this 👍👍👍👍
The headlights are HID bulbs on this model. LED headlights were an option.
That’s a Lincoln select! I think it’s the livery version!
I think on one of the models, it does have the power seat extenders as part of the seat.
Must have been a company vehicle with the high miles and all the phones connected.
Pass your foot under the bumper to open the trunk.
You miss way to much information on the car......
The reserve and black label is full Led lights with the Lincoln symbol as light bulbs it's really nice
And 80k
Set fan speed to high, maybe?
As a elderly guy who doesn't drive every day, I became VERY SKPTICAL & WEARY of considering these newer Continentals because of the fact it has a "Battery Saver Shut Off" feature I found out after extensive research of problems & complaints with this last generation of these Continentals. Which means, if it sits longer than ONE DAY not being start up in your driveway, the ENTIRE CAR SHUTS DOWN & you will need to jump start it. I confirmed this with a Lincoln Service Dept. Rep & this is 100% true. Being an elderly gentleman, I DO NOT drive my car everyday & have no intentions to. I drive maybe 2-3 times a week at most. So, SADLY because of the "battery Saver Shut Off" feature installed in these, this car sadly became off my list of potential used cars to look at & consider buying. And that is a bummer because it truly is a beautiful car. I think I will go with a used low mileage Genesis G90 instead or a last model Toyota Avalon. The G90 looks better than this Lincoln anyways & doesn't have no stupid Battery Save Shut Off feature in it.
I own a Continental Black Label. No such feature. Go sell Hyundais.
Hope you see my comments on the pre load of this video.
I see this comment Joey. I'll go look on the community tab maybe thats what you mean by pre-load?
Too bad this is a stripped down model limiting the number of features you can show.
You said "I don't know everything about this car, but I can tell you what I see"
Really? Shouldn't we be listening an expert in this particular car?
It needs stainless brushed trim rocker panels
YES!!! I've been thinking of taking mine to a wrap place to have them add that to the vehicle. Lincoln really blew it by not bringing that lovely design from the concept vehicle.
Its a absolute to keep the paint nice...and car always looks clean...you can order extra heavy duty rocker trim on Amazon.. I put it on mine and about every car in the past I have ever owned that didnt have it.
23k ? He'll the engine isntbroke in until 50k
I guess you didn't read the manual came with the car?
No I did not read that 500+ page manual, but I did read all of your comments about the car lol. So do you happen to drive one of these yourself?
It has a foot open trunk
They stopped making the continental for several years that's why...
The grill looks stupid..upside down
