- The plaintiff says the defendant is her sister, and they don't have the best relationship. The plaintiff claims her sister stole her identity. As a result, the plaintiff was falsely arrested. She's suing for lost wages and emotional distress. The defendant admits she used her sister's name but that's only because she had a warrant.

Why use your sisters name especially knowing she’s in law enforcement working for a prison and you made no real attempts to clear it ? Just trifling! Like JM said she could’ve went down right when she got the ticket to handle that or pay it immediately.
