Hi everyone. In this video I share my top 10 favourite embellishments to use in colouring books. Hope you find it useful and as always, thanks so much for watching!

Another wonderful video, thank you. I love the Nuvo range, I now have a (very) large collection going of the nuvo glitter/crystal/jewel drops and I think I only have 2 of the glitter markers left to get and the coliro are my favourite sparkle paints, I usually get mine from Scribblers as they sometimes do a nice wee sale on them either in the sets or individually 🤗

I will definitely have to add to my small glittery supplies collection! The Mod Podge Extreme Glitter has definitely become a new favourite of mine after getting it a couple of months ago 😍 I've recently ordered a paint from The Art Spirits can't wait for it to arrive! Hopefully I'll be able to add more colours and I'd love to try some of the Reneissance paints once her Etsy store is back open. Ah! Now I know all your secrets! Thank you so much for sharing all your skills on UA-cam. I wrote down your list as you wrote it, and was happily surprised to see I already have some of the items in my stash. Bought ages ago but didn't know how to make the most of them. I subscribe to a craft mail order catalogue here in Australia, called The Fox Collection, and they have a lot of goodies like yours but I resisted buying them because i didn't think I would use them. Off to place an order now😀😀😀

One thing I use the quickie glue pen for is foiling. I have used it in several coloring books for accents. 😉

@Colouring with K It is so easy and fun. Write or trace what you want with the glue pen, wait till it dries, and press the foil on, rub a little, and presto. Have fun 😊

Loved this 🤓. I’m not a very skilful colourist, but am a practised paper crafter. I love a bit of glimmer and shine in my crafting. There are some fantastic products here that are new to me that I NEED in my life 🤣🤣🤣. My glitter gets everywhere, on my cat’s fur, there is glitter embedded in my leather sofa and my carpets frequently shine with bits of glimmering shimmer 😝. Have you tried the newish Eco glitters from Lavinia Stamps? Not only are they eco friendly, but each pot has a subtle mix of colours and different sized particles (I’m not sponsored by them 🤣🤣🤣)

OMG I just bought the 8 pack of Pentel Hybrid pens - you know, just to try - and they are out of this would! I can see why you love them so much! {I want them all now too!}
They are gorgeous and also if you haven’t tried the Arteza iridescent gel pens (pack of 18) then you should because I think you will love them - they are similar to the Pentel hybrid ones and I know you are into your gel pens.

If you read the amz description, they do use the iridescent descriptor multiple times…..marketing is funny. I have a car whose color in the US is called habanero, but in Canada (where I guess spicy peppers aren’t so popular), the same color is “mandarin.” Same game going on with “glitter” vs “iridescent.” ;-)

Hi, have you used the Creative Expressions Cosmic Shimmer Glitter Kiss or the luster polish? If yes, did you like them in your coloring books, were they easy to use and would you recommend them? Thank you K, wonderful video🥰
Hi there, I’ve used the Glitter kiss product, it’s nice to use but it gives quite a rough finish and I think I’ve used the luster polish. I find the polish harder to apply and get into smaller spaces on the page but the glitter kiss is easier to use with a silicone brush.

Where you mark gel pens, it would be nice if you would put the brand too.
Will keep that in mind in future but the only 2 brands used were Arteza iridescent and Pentel dual metallic hybrid. The latter have been linked in the description.

Thank you, number 1 was written as gel pens, various ones like Pentel dual metallic hybrid, Sakura gelly roll glaze etc…
I didn't like the collero finetec paints. I felt they were rather dull.
I’m surprised. Do you let some drops of water on the pan to soak into the paint for 2 minutes to allow the paint to thicken and then use? If you do this, you’ll find the paint is creamy and rich in pigment?
Have you tried the metallic paint from Deco Art or Folk Art and if you did did you like it? Great video.
I do like the metallic paints from Deco Art, I have the silver and gold from some time ago. I don’t have the Folk art metallic paints though. Thanks for watching!
