I am selling a 1964/65 Fender Super Reverb modded by Dumble in Santa Cruz, CA in in the early 70s. Any suggestions or inquiries are welcome. Photos, serial numbers of amp etc.
I think I sounded my best and most inspired through one of the clones I had, there is something about that circuit. Been awhile, need to refresh one and get playin through it again.
Last post IF u are after RF sound the Dumbler pedal w/Moustache on it by ISET sounds UN real n for $24 turn any clean platform into a GRT facade for MUCH less $$ Ive used it in live app, and i can attest, i lv it on, n its extension of Clean channel, remaining so, hit it hard in a buildup n it crunches PHENOMINALLY..my 2c YMMV
They ARE THAT good, ive fig out the MID wiring n when i say its UNBLVBLE IT IS...........DiazAmplification/Matamp USA/Questone/Omegaamps Alexander Howard Dumble is the UN disputable amp design LEGEND still.............
@@gearaficionado Holy smokes, that's impressive. Can I please ask what software you used, and how I'd generate the same result? It would be perfect for a project I'm working on!
Obviously. And as usual, it is absolutely the reason why I immediately down-vote the video and block the channel for such blatant disregard for the people looking for quality video production to be informed or entertained. Debasing ones self by using computer voices or 'borrowed' clips and images does not deserve to be given support for doing shoddy work.
Ceriatone cheaply made? Have you ever owned one? I owned many. Played many. And they are absolutely at the same level as a welagen, Which I also owned. And also a two rock ts1 which is also amazing. You certainly can’t compare with vht. That is a budget PCB amp. Can’t be compared to the other mentioned ones. You also can’t dictate others what their number one should be 😆 right? A little bit too much.
@@argbluesman I've owned several ceriatones. They don't come close to the quality of a Welagen. Inferior Asian parts. C'mon. To not even mention Welagen shows his lack of clone knowledge.
@@jayhernandez8965 it’s about perception. I owned several dumble clones. And so do my friends. One Ceriatone I owned sounded fuller and nicer than a welagen I had. And I thought it was me, but all my friends, including two music producers, agreed. But again, it’s about perception. To me what matters is tone.
@@jayhernandez8965 yes I have. Just because of family financial plans. I kept my classic reverb signature. But if I had to get another ods clone, I’d be happy with any of them.
Are Dumble amps really that special?
…yep; it’s a Mathematics thing: infinity includes any and all numeric values.

Your top 5 clones aren't that good. Ceriatone and VHT are cheaply made. You need to list Welagen as number one.
