I have several of these. After a while the relay inside sticks so you have hit it to get it to actually close or open the circuit. This was actually the advice given by the help line when it stopped switching. I'd be interested to know if this happens to you.
Can you set the timer to come on at sunset and off at sunrise like their lightbulbs? Be good for outside Christmas lights

Mine won't connect to Android. I have read that it only connects to Apple. I don't do Apple. Anyone else encounter this issue?
Hmmm that seems very unlikely that it’s Apple only.. get in touch with their support
