I wanna see Echoes Remastered so bad at the standard of Prime 1 Remastered. It currently has too many drab, gray, straight-edged rocky surfaces and the sky in Dark Aether is often just a wall of a single color (at least on the Gamecube). I wanna see gorgeous, starry dark-blue-and-purple skies and gorgeous, haunting blood-red skies, plus textured surfaces on both worlds, more visual contrasts in Agon and Torvus and a better-looking Sandcanyon.
Honestly, I do remember you suspecting partner directs. Lately I've been dodging the videos cause they've been a little clickbaity, but I respect the grind because you're just trying to make your cash off the algorithm. I wouldnt mind less videos, even if they were longer.
Another thing is that even though it's normal for companies to talk about fiscal year I think it was of note that Nintendo let us know that there would be news about future hardware before the end of the fiscal year rather than saying before the end of the year. I think that might have been a big hint that we will know before the end of the fiscal year but after the beginning of the new year
Someone said to me that they won't reveal the Switch 2 before November because it's a huge sales period and they'll be too worried people won't buy the Switch because of a reveal, which will displease shareholders.
I don't think Nintendo has ever done two directs back to back before, Gives me hope that September or October there will be a big a announcement of some kind for something :D.

Last mainline direct was too peak.
After last week's AMAZING Nintendo Museum Direct I can't believe the rumors about the upcoming Nintendo Direct already in this week TOMORROW and not only 1 Direct because it's 2 Directs Indie World and Partner Showcase about of Indie World I hope to see The Plucky Square, Rollin Rascal, Yars Rising and Hollowknight Silksong and about of Partner Showcase I hope it's with Xbox (Microsoft), Square Enix, Capcom, Sega and Bandai Namco with these games: Hi-Fi Rush, Crash Team Rumble, Visions of Mana, Monster Hunter Wilds, Sonic Dream Team, Dragon Ball Sparking Zero and Bleach Rebirth of Souls and it's not only about those Directs because Sonic 3 movie trailer is coming that day too tomorrow is the BIGGEST and the BEST day of 2024: Gotta go FAST! Never turn Back! 🎉😊
Considering Nintendo will be at pax west this weekend August 30th to September 2nd. Releasing a direct before an event like pax west which is often a showcase where they host upcoming playable demos and the like, this made sense in the long run! It will likely be after pax west that we get a major direct. Likely before Tokyo gameshow!
My thoughts would be that in September or October Nintendo announces a price cut on their current switch lineups for the systems. This would help sell more units for the holiday season especially since with prices on there consoles are high and maybe parents can’t afford those would go to the Nintendo Switch especially since its both a console and handheld device. Again just my opinion.
It's an indie showcase. Half the stuff is going to be things that will things that were released elsewhere already being released on the Switch. But yeah, overall 2024 is a very meh year. Next year is going to be crazy though. It's kinda like most of the industry is just.... waiting for what happens in 2025.
I don’t see myself getting a switch 2 for myself bc I’ve basically become a PC gamer this generation (while I own switch and ps5). I’m very happy with my steam deck OLED and my high end desktop. The power and flexibility of Pc handhelds just excite me more. HOWEVER I’m excited for the switch 2 so I can surprise my gf with it

Hoping for tiny glade announcement for switch and more tales of the shire news! I love those games also hoping for a new silksong trailer. Not really interested with any throng else unless there’s some decent game announcements. Rememeber that these directs are so Nintendo can put them out of the way and reveal some bigger news in September or early October.
Mario Kart Odyssey would be amazing! Karts to get around the giant world faster. Convert to 3D platforming with a single button, get back in your car with a button (like cappy, but a vehicle transformer companion). Both a massive online racing game, AND huge 3D platformer

I don't have a clue what I would want in this direct- no run up to it means I haven't heard any game speculation! What I DO know is fantasy life i got pushed back again, and that's aligned with each time rumors of the switch being pushed back have been circulating so..... we will see i suppose.

Okay, there are some games that I think Nintendo could reveal in this Partner Showcase + Indie World Direct like maybe new information about Epic Mickey Rebrushed like having new content like Oswald The Lucky Rabbit being playable, Pizza Tower finally coming to Switch, Fnaf Into the Pit, and some other games I might think of but I mean I swear to god if this is the last Direct before we move on Switch 2/The Switch Successor and I know that you guys really want to talk about the new games coming for Switch 2 like 3D Mario, the next new Mario Kart if it's called Mario Kart 9 or X, the sequel for Kirby and the Forgotten Land, a new Star Fox game, and a new Donkey Kong Game but I mean there are still some 3DS Games and GameCube games that still need a chance to come over to Switch 1 which are but there are some remakes and remasters from the 3DS and GameCube that I would do like and hope and have a chance to be on Switch before we move on to Switch 2. Like for the 3DS they could still reveal the full-on remakes of both Kirby Triple Deluxe and Kirby Planet Robobot as well as having new side modes for both Taranza and Susie just like how they did with Magolor in Magolor Epilogue like for Taranza his side story would be him trying to find Queen Sectonia after Kirby defeated her and for Susie's side story she would be her trying to find her Father President Haltmann or Kirby's Robobot Suit after Kirby destroyed Star Dream but I think Susie should find Kirby's Robobot Armor Suit because it was sad when the suit let Kirby go and then it cried which was so sad so I think it would be nice of Susie to give Kirby his Robobot Armor Suit back which that would be so nice of her to do that for Kirby. And for GameCube they can reveal a remake of Star Fox Assault and giving us online mode for VS Mode in Assault and also maybe reveal a remake of Luigi's Mansion 1 or any of the GameCube Mario Party Games. But they can also reveal the new leaked 2D Kirby Game called Kirby and the Celestial Stars which could be after Kirby Star Allies or after Kirby and the Forgotten Land or after any of the two 3DS Kirby Games but I don't know if they're gonna do it but I'm still concerned about the new female Kirby Character that looks related to Susie Haltmann which is Polly cause if they add her in the Kirby series but I feel bad for what the internet is gonna do to her but I hope the new 2D Kirby game goes good. But I know BoTalksGames did talk about the new rumor 2D Kirby Game leak which it does look well made fake leak for a new 2D Kirby game which I agree with him which it does look fake but we'll see what happens for what HAL is gonna do for Kirby when they're still working on the sequel for Kirby and the Forgotten Land for Switch 2. So I do hope we get a September's General Nintendo Direct before we move on to Switch 2.
Im thinking we may see more of the Power Ranger Rita's Revenge game, Toxic Crusaders, that Rugrats game (which should be out by now and may get shadow dropped) as well as House of the Dead 2 remake get announced. Silksong is no longer on my Bingo card. Yeah it may be annonced tommorow; but at this point I stopped caring and it will go straight to my "wait for sale" list. I see the Switch 2 get revealed in October as they trying to sell that Zelda Switch Lite edition on September 26 and they usually give their products 2-3 weeks before announcing what's next.

None of this jives at all with how bullish Nintendo has been about switch sales until the end of the fiscal year. I think September is going to have the last big blowout for the switch which will then sell into the holiday. Switch 2 revealed early next year. I don't think it's good that everybody's just expecting switch 2 yet again and setting themselves up to be whining after we get a really cool Direct in September. Over on rule of two review he kept saying how everybody already has a switch but it's just not true.

Okay, there are some games that I think Nintendo could reveal in this Partner Showcase + Indie World Direct like maybe new information about Epic Mickey Rebrushed like having new content like Oswald The Lucky Rabbit being playable, Pizza Tower finally coming to Switch, Fnaf Into the Pit, and some other games I might think of but I mean I swear to god if this is the last Direct before we move on Switch 2/The Switch Successor and I know that you guys really want to talk about the new games coming for Switch 2 like 3D Mario, the next new Mario Kart if it's called Mario Kart 9 or X, the sequel for Kirby and the Forgotten Land, a new Star Fox game, and a new Donkey Kong Game but I mean there are still some 3DS Games and GameCube games that still need a chance to come over to Switch 1 which are but there are some remakes and remasters from the 3DS and GameCube that I would do like and hope and have a chance to be on Switch before we move on to Switch 2. Like for the 3DS they could still reveal the full-on remakes of both Kirby Triple Deluxe and Kirby Planet Robobot as well as having new side modes for both Taranza and Susie just like how they did with Magolor in Magolor Epilogue like for Taranza his side story would be him trying to find Queen Sectonia after Kirby defeated her and for Susie's side story she would be her trying to find her Father President Haltmann or Kirby's Robobot Suit after Kirby destroyed Star Dream but I think Susie should find Kirby's Robobot Armor Suit because it was sad when the suit let Kirby go and then it cried which was so sad so I think it would be nice of Susie to give Kirby his Robobot Armor Suit back which that would be so nice of her to do that for Kirby.
And they can still finally reveal Tomodachi Life with the Mii Maker Editor Editor from Miitopia and adding it to Tomodachi Life and also adding online to it as well. And for GameCube they can reveal a remake of Star Fox Assault and giving us online mode for VS Mode in Assault and also maybe reveal a remake of Luigi's Mansion 1 or any of the GameCube Mario Party Games. But they can also reveal the new leaked 2D Kirby Game called Kirby and the Celestial Stars which could be after Kirby Star Allies or after Kirby and the Forgotten Land or after any of the two 3DS Kirby Games but I don't know if they're gonna do it but I'm still concerned about the new female Kirby Character that looks related to Susie Haltmann which is Polly cause if they add her in the Kirby series but I feel bad for what the internet is gonna do to her but I hope the new 2D Kirby game goes good. But I know BoTalksGames did talk about the new rumor 2D Kirby Game leak which it does look well made fake leak for a new 2D Kirby game which I agree with him which it does look fake but we'll see what happens for what HAL is gonna do for Kirby when they're still working on the sequel for Kirby and the Forgotten Land for Switch 2. So I do hope we get a September's General Nintendo Direct before we move on to Switch 2.

Im thinking we may see more of the Power Ranger Rita's Revenge game, Toxic Crusaders, that Rugrats game (which should be out by now and may get shadow dropped) as well as House of the Dead 2 remake get announced. Silksong is no longer on my Bingo card. Yeah it may be annonced tommorow; but at this point I stopped caring and it will go straight to my "wait for sale" list. I see the Switch 2 get revealed in October as they trying to sell that Zelda Switch Lite edition on September 26 and they usually give their products 2-3 weeks before announcing what's next.

None of this jives at all with how bullish Nintendo has been about switch sales until the end of the fiscal year. I think September is going to have the last big blowout for the switch which will then sell into the holiday. Switch 2 revealed early next year. I don't think it's good that everybody's just expecting switch 2 yet again and setting themselves up to be whining after we get a really cool Direct in September. Over on rule of two review he kept saying how everybody already has a switch but it's just not true.
switch 2 probs coming in march/april time, pokemon legends ZA was also likely moved to december 2025 so switch 2 has a big game at christmas time.
hopefully switch 2 is backward compatible with switch titles (digital and carts)

November is already shopping season. If they want to announce it with the least effect possible on Switch sales then it is before or after shopping season so anything other than Oct, Nov and Dec. Which is why September is highly probable
