Soundwave only killing Humans out of necessity to keep his troops a secret is exactly why i love him and Thundercracker as leaders of the Decepticons. They don't want to cause unnecessary destruction snd death like Megatron and Starscream, but just want to further their plans with as little bloodshed as possible. This comic run is written so freaking good! Easily the best Transformers comics ever, and that's coming from someone that loved IDW.

I prefer it when the enemy troops are not just all Stormtroopers/Vehicons. Maybe the Constructicons don´t have much personality YET, but I´ll take it over 10 identical disposable enemies.
Seeing the decepticons attacking and destroying the human military ship reminds me alot of the 2007 transformers movie when Blackout attack the U.S Base.

Dude the 1:10 covers are connecting covers and they look good the next one has shockwave in it and one of the future ones will probably have Ultra Magnus in it, it has the 2 current leaders Soundwave and Optimus, the connection bewteen Carly and Arcee and the connection of Arcee to Ultra Magnus as Iron apprentice with Alita 1 rescuing him and Shockwave been the maniac that was torturing for so long. and the chains representing the connection bewteen all of them.
Man, you should just give a chance to GIJOE and stop being so negative towards all the time. Not only the Duke and Cobra Commander Skybound comics are amazing, but the cartoons like Resolute and Renegades are excellent aswell.
I like to imagine that the autobots Elita-1 save soon pass away and then Shockwave captures her and gives her a lecture on how much pride she has or whatnot and he just mercilessly beats her up. (yes i'm a shockwave fanboy as well)
At the end of the book, it's confirmed that Frenzy (the red one) died because of the FIRRIB/FIBRIR drama. Unfortunately, I'm not fond of that decision. Killing him and Soundwave doesn't mention his sudden loss? Seriously? All because of that? Ignore it! Let him exist as a twin with his own unique abilities, a cassette. ☹😭😕 Also, poor Thundercracker. Getting beaten' up.
