  • Vacation's over and we dive into the Camaro starting with the interior to see how much damage has been caused to the floorboards from sitting in water. We are hoping that the seats will still be useable as they look good without rips or holes. Check out the video to see what we find.

80's GM where every bolt is a different size you practically need a whole tool chest! Good job on getting the interior gutted, can't wait to see more!

Depending on how much back to original you want to take this car, you can repair some of the interior floor with sheet metal from an old washer or dryer. Or you could use old license plates.

It's funny that you found Mortske's old pill bottle and earing. Well, what happens in North Dakota, stays in ND. :)

Seats look pretty good. I'd check into upholstery shops that can replace the dirty foam and worn springs. Floor pans are surprisingly good. The water didn't do a lot of damage.

i have a bunch of parts for these i am building a 79 z28 rs t top but have 2 extra z28's for parts plus extra parts but all 3 are rust free good condition but i can build the t top with out any dings in the car a perfect body the rest i will sell when dun with the car about 2 years. i even got extra 4 inch stroke 454 with 02xx trans or t-10 4 speed with new fly wheel and clutch the engine has 6,000 miles on it runs perfect . i ended up getting 3 setups 454 / 02xx . one of the cars has new custom interior i got all for free so far i have 95% of the parts to build it with no money in it but i just keep collecting them
