Problem is the judge is filtering the witnesses' statement to only allow the prosecution to put out misinformation and not allowing the defense to put out the truth. I hope the judge will consider dropping this case due to lack of evidence before the jury has to vote on it. I hope that is the real reason for the 8-day break.
I want to know if there will be any accountability for the two attorneys who are jurors if they overlook the law (lack of) that's being shown in this case if they do come back with a guilty verdict. Any good attorney knows this case is massively flawed and bias.

This entire case rests on a strained, ridiculous BS legal theory, and Michael Cohen's testimony--a serial perjurer, felon, and thief, who committed perjury at least 3 times in this case.
The documents consist of retainer checks Trump paid Cohen.
And former federal prosecutor Robert Costello contradicts Cohen's whole story.
In almost all cases the defendant does not take the stand.
This Judge should’ve recused himself from this case due to his daughter working for and making millions of dollars from the democrat party!
