My papa in Greece,was in a coma and didn’t look good. They said from work I can go but I should go back on the 3nd day or they would cancel my contact . I agreed to that
When I was there the doctor said he wouldn’t make it I nurse let me go into the intensive care to say my final goodbyes because the secretary of the work insisted that I had to go back to Holland she said: I am sure your papa heard your goodbyes, you come back to work!!
So , the day my papa was being buried I was flying back. I didn’t attend his funeral!!
I forgot to mention my husband was in the hospital with heart problems 3 days prior to the coma of my papa!!
Eventually I left the job . Severe depression. I was the first kid of my papa and I was not there for him. The best papa ever
So bad bosses there are everywhere.
And if I agreed to their terms was because the future was uncertain. Would my man survive? I had a child to take care of!!

May abroad may is jaisa ek psyco manager (o apna India ka he tha)k under kaam karthatha zindhagi tho narag hogaithe, majburan kaam chodna pada iswajha say muje visa transfer etc... Total 21 lack rupees ka loss huwa. Ab dusri company ke sponsorships may sukoon say hu Alhamdulillah.... Is short film may tho o boss sudargaya but haqeekhath may is jaisay log sudarte huwe apne zindage may nahi dekha.
In Western countries the employee gets compassion leave. Two weeks compulsory leave, when there is bereavement in the family.

I worked in Garment factory more than 2 decade ago there t manager he never gives leave to t employee nomatter we r ill somebody in hospital only we r forced to ask t managing partner who do give . That manager is partial his distant relative and his neighbour hood guys who works there he give them leave telling some of them chupchap nikal jaa kisiko pata nahe chalna chahiye (go quietly nobody should know) i heard and one person who is his distance nephew he told me .others he yells or refuse . 2 incident happen to me once i had stomach pain i asked for leave he didnt send me home . Another my elder nephew who is now 20 plus years then he was 1 and half year old he was hospitalised in semiconsious state he didnt send me but another collegue he is oldest employee he contact with main proprietor( whom we r not suppose to approach ) he heard and he protested . Then this manager called me ur sister brother in law must attend like this he said then he allowed me. In another incident another guy who stays nr his house when he asked for leave to go to funeral this manager refused not neccassary .He replied him " If ur mother dies will u do likethis " this caused him angry it created heated argument later it was pacified .I worked till 3 yrs there was no increment i use to get only toxic word by supervisor senior collegue sometime abusive word 10 hours duty. Last day i want to attend my sister friend wedding i took leave for 2 week for atkt exam from t managing proprietor and i coudnt take leave earlier to attend t wedding i quietly sneaked out it was weekend when this manager learnt he taught to give me piece of mind on monday he learnt i am on leave after i gave exam i gave interview and got another job with more salary and i left this company.much to shock of them( they presumed i am a dumbfool i coudnt secure another job ) after i left that company was shut down due to loss this manager got another job i once saw him waiting for bus after 8yrs later waiting for bus i just ignored him

i faced the situation with cold blooded hr in sutherland ..during training period my father health condition got worse and took leave,,but those beasts had no remorse..told me to resign and apply after situation calms..
