We have Daiso here in Brazil too. There's one near a place I lived that's inside a supermarket. It's really useful as you can find a variety of things for cheap that can come in handy in your day-to-day!
Also, here they'll have a small food section with different curry, instant ramen, miso, etc, that you don't normally find in all markets. Pretty good!
