You did not installed a sim card, you installed a microsd card for extra storage capacity, a sim card is a card that allows you to have service from your provider directly to your phone.

Dear Ehud, 1) No you may not be able to use for NFC payment. 2) It's very basic smart watch which does not have the Sleep, BP and HR function. For these functions, yo may need to see smart bracelets or other middle and high end good smart watches

When I do puy it on all I see is the clock with the date to the right... a shoe on the top are heart at the bottom and the days of the week to the left... Dear Kamela, Q18 smart watch directly work with Bluetooth for pairing to mobile. Apps like Simvalley, BT notification, BT smart watch etc... are assisting to gather the data from watch bt with limited function. Q18 has step count and sleep monitoring manual (its not sensor driven unlike available smart bands in the market) which does not sync with any of the application as of now.

Dear, you asked few questions - 1) to connect internet on Smart Watch - you need to use SIM card data network for internet. 2) Install WhatsApp and Twiter - This is not possible in this watch because it does not support any additional software installation in watch.
Sim card -> you need to buy from service provider..... Remove the watch back cover and then battery carefully. there should be two slots available, one for Sim and other one or Memory card

There are two ways to Run the features from watch - 1) Via Bluetooth - Calls / SMS coming to your mobile phone can be picked from watch via bluetooth. This is still mobile call which gives an alternate option to pick call from watch. 2) Direct using watch SIM Card - In this Watch can work independent because watch has its own SIM and Memory card. Options 1 - has the limited features utilization of watch wherein some functions display the message "Insert SIM card" or "Insert memory card". These functions require the direct SIM card/Memory card from the watch.
