The Zerex clock is identified by as ZEC by the bluetooth of my Samsung mobile and the message that an app is needed shows. I have installed the Zerex connect app in my mobile but when I try to connect to Zerex watch its blue light at 12 shows but goes off 2 seconds later and the message "NO watches found" appears in my mobile. Can somebody help me please?
