Two things, CAFS (JH23P7) is from late 2006, not 2010 and it was attending an RTI (Road Traffic Incident), denoted by the crew manager wearing a high visibility jacket.
The CAFS pump (p7) is a a 2010 reg as we did not have any CAFS pumps until then and most OICs have the jacket on
Rescue tunics are not only worn for a RTI’s but any special service cal, rescue incident etc. Not just for RTC’s!
