VIRAL BREAKFAST TORTILLA QUICHE 🥮 | BEST FLUFFY PANCAKES RECIPE ♥️

Tortilla quiche recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts (season with salt, pepper, soy sauce, vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder)
Cook chicken in 1 tbsp oil and dice and let it cool
- 6 eggs
- ⁠2 tbsp cream cheese
- ⁠3 tbsp heavy cream
- ⁠1/2 cup milk
- ⁠1 tsp salt
- ⁠1 tsp mixed herbs
- ⁠1 tsp garlic powder
- ⁠1 tsp chilli flakes
- ⁠1 tsp black pepper powder
- ⁠1/2 cup green onions chopped
- ⁠1/2 cup tomatoes chopped (seeds removed)
- ⁠1/4 cup olives sliced
- ⁠1/2 cup grated yellow and 1/2 cup grated yellow cheddar cheese
- ⁠1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
- ⁠tortillas as needed
Pancakes:
- 1/4 cup caster sugar
- ⁠1/4 cup melted butter
- ⁠2 eggs
- ⁠1 tsp vanilla essence
- ⁠1 cup milk
- ⁠1 and 2/3 rd cups flour
- ⁠1 tsp salt
- ⁠3 tsp baking powder
- ⁠spread of choice

Put it in fridge for 1 hour and then defrost on counter top for 30 minutes at least
