If u dont do it on purpose i think its cuz of that notorious wallride incident in otsuki where everyone would get a r34 and just slam throttle and wallride every single hairpin and would easily get 2:50 and under which was either impossible or was just hard to do back then

Theres a ton of bugs on the race and sometimes the race wont end after 2 laps
